No thanks - if P and Pickle want scary food facts, then they can have them put on their own diaries. I drink diet drinks and have sweeteners in my coffee and have made the decision that I will continue doing so. If others want shocking into giving it up then that is fine, but they can have all the gory details elsewhere please.

Very few of us eat a "perfect" diet, or with a "perfect" attitude towards food (which actually I think is probably more harming to health and wellbeing than the actual foodstuff itself!).

But right now, I probably have the healthiest way of eating and attitude towards food and exercise that I have had for many years, and I don't really want now to be told that I should be doing something very different - my head doesn't need messing around with that sort of chat right now.

    Sorry!

Mine is much much better than it used to be. Mind you, it was so bad that if it had got any worse I would have been at risk of one of those "grime busters" type programmes wanting to come and film

So, I feel your pain, beanie!

My Mum says she'd report my brother to one of those programmes if she wasn't so embarassed about him being related to her! Mum is super tidy, as I'm I so God knows where he came from!

He probably hoovered up all the untidyness genes in the family - which is why you and your mum are so tidy... ;)
