No thanks - if P and Pickle want scary food facts, then they can have them put on their own diaries. I drink diet drinks and have sweeteners in my coffee and have made the decision that I will continue doing so. If others want shocking into giving it up then that is fine, but they can have all the gory details elsewhere please.
Very few of us eat a "perfect" diet, or with a "perfect" attitude towards food (which actually I think is probably more harming to health and wellbeing than the actual foodstuff itself!).
But right now, I probably have the healthiest way of eating and attitude towards food and exercise that I have had for many years, and I don't really want now to be told that I should be doing something very different - my head doesn't need messing around with that sort of chat right now.

everytime I read your diary I remember to scratch iyswim so thanks for that
happy (?) decluttering. I am deliberately keeping my weekend fairly clear so I can get myself together and sort out my paperwork- I know how to live!!!
