I'll do one tomorrow if you absolutely, absolutely want one...
No thanks - if P and Pickle want scary food facts, then they can have them put on their own diaries. I drink diet drinks and have sweeteners in my coffee and have made the decision that I will continue doing so. If others want shocking into giving it up then that is fine, but they can have all the gory details elsewhere please.
Very few of us eat a "perfect" diet, or with a "perfect" attitude towards food (which actually I think is probably more harming to health and wellbeing than the actual foodstuff itself!).
But right now, I probably have the healthiest way of eating and attitude towards food and exercise that I have had for many years, and I don't really want now to be told that I should be doing something very different - my head doesn't need messing around with that sort of chat right now.

So.....anyway......10ps in the scratches today, edging closer to payout, and nothing to report in banking.
Another week is upon us, and at the end of next week it is payday - October seems to be whizzing by!
Today I have a dentist appointment first thing, so will be at home for an extra few minutes this morning, so feel a little less rushed. No excuses not to make sandwiches to take with me for lunch today, then!
This evening I will aim to do some more decluttering - I didn't do DS's clothes yesterday because I was not in the right frame of mind, but do really want to get them sorted out so that I can put his wardrobe on freecycle and replace it with a more practical chest of drawers.

Morning:)
Those scratch cards really add up dont they! I cant believe October is going past so fast either...seems like so long ago now I went to London! I also need to do some more decluttering my dining room seems to be the favourite place to dump everything, so I might concentrate on that today. Have a good one and good luck at the dentist!November NSD's - 70 -

Pleased to hear you slept better Hypno, hope the cold is improving too. Hope the dentist was OK too.
Braved the fitness room, was expecting the worst after a week's break. But surprisingly OK, so week 3 of the beginners running and week 5 of gym sessions started, also weight is back under the 10 stone
This time I'm determined to reach my target of 9/5 and keep the exercise up too
