probably a good idea that you didn't run hypno, sometimes you have to just listen to your body, telling you 'enough already'.

About the Universe responding oddly to demands:
I had a thought last night about pounds=weight and pounds=money and how we're all trying to lose one and attract the other.
I then got into a bit of a tangle trying to work out exactly how specific a request needs to be and how carefully it needs to be worded so we ask for what we want in a way that will help us lose weight but not money :eek:
And luckily, I fell asleep while thinking about attracting the right kind of abundance:D
I think I'll go back to decluttering for the Bar Boot and record fair; now, that I know I can handle!
