Hurray for decluttering! And hurray for coughs going away .... and cleaners.... and, hey, I got a 20p on the scratches today, and I thought I'd make it look good and spent a whole 5p on playing a bingo game, so as not to get banned :)

    You have a good'un too.

Hi DT, not 100% sure this works on all computers but on mine, if I log out then next time I come on it asks me to log in. There is a button next to the login that you can tick to remember you on this computer, make sure it isnt ticked and then you will have to log in every time. Hope that works for you.

DT, I think it might be deleting your passwords from your computer. Its either

    Tools/Options/Security

    or

    Tools/Clear Recent History.

    Hope this helps.

Evening all - decided not to go for a run tonight, so a lazy one instead for me.

Hope you have all had productive and positive days xx

Hypno, I have decided to the same - stay in my dusty house and rest. But I am also gettinf worried - my marathon is in about three weeks and I don;t think I have done enough at all. Certainly not enough to run it in 4h 30 min - running next to a guy who's legs are longer than I am tall. Don't ask - I do tend to get myself in trouble like that.

I can only do this with loads of Universe help!
