morning all! very very tired here and despite a stupidly obscenely early night theres still no oomph in panialand!!! hope you are all ok. Hypno do you fancy a long run tonight? was thinking 7.5 if we can manage it? have got a cracking route here i can do and i know you have a good route over your way. send me a text as i stupidly got a cheapo phone without internet access!! :eek:

Morning P - no oomph here either, although I have just done day 15 of shred, so perhaps that will explain things

I am running with running-buddy tonight so will get 5 miles in - I may go a bit further, once I have dropped her off at home, just to keep you happy.....

Great news about the students. I just worry about the extra stress for you though with all the preparations beforehand. Looking at it as employment though is definately the best idea.
