Hope you have all had a good evening. Nothing to report here - thankfully I didn't continue the sugar-fest that I had started earlier today!
No running tonight - I am still too tired! There were times today where I yawned my way through meetings and could easily have fallen asleepAn early night beckons before day 15 of shred in the morning!
