    day 14 well done for keeping it up ... have my copy of the d.v.d will get started it on thursday on the night shift me thinks ... did 5 mins on the skipping rope yesterday ... boy was that hard got my heart pumping and everything ... think i will do 3 sets of five mins today throughout the day ... might even give the shred a wee looksy to prepare me ... or is that a bad idea?

    Also well done on taking the students, I know its a massive invasion of your privacy but short term pain for long term gain will make it worth it, hope they are lovely. Get bunk beds and you can stack them maybe 16 to a room!
