I know I'm 'really' impatient but have you seen any difference so far in your body after being haf way through the shred? Did you measure before you began?

Sadly I didn't measure, but there is definitely a difference - generally toning up my top half (which is my naturally "slim" half), which has been commented on by several people.....

And my wobbly thighs, and backside, well, as a typical "pear" with cellulite, they are never going to be great, but I can feel muscle underneath the wobble now, and am sure that if I carry it on, whilst I will never have slim thighs (far too much "skin" for that, sadly), they will definitely be better!

Am certainly looking at buying a smaller pair of jeans in the next week or so as my two pairs I bought a few weeks ago are now rather too big in places :D

  • Thats fab, well done for keeping it up. I've definately got a 'tyre' that could do with shredding!

I may buy it! I did say 'may' though because I am so good at buying these type of things but really really carp at actually doing them :o

My thighs aren't big but definately wobbly :o and my tyre looks like I'm wearing a rubber ring all the time :o:o Don't I sound attractive :D

I have been through several "attempts" at trying to stick to a regime or at least to get into a habit of regular exercise, and this is the first time for a very very very long time that I have actually stuck with something, even on the days I don't want to!

Whether it is the fact that it is only 20 mins long, so it is over and done with fairly quickly, or whether it is the fact that I might actually be, shock horror, enjoying it, I don't know - but I must be getting something positive out of it to continue getting up early and getting on with it!

It's like everything though, sometimes the idea is a good one in theory, but actually putting it into practice takes more than just "hmm, I could do with that", and THAT is the hardest part of the whole thing, getting your head in the right place to be motivated.

Good luck if you do get it, I am certainly glad I did, and have had my money's worth from my DVD already!

Well done with keeping going :) i would have been a two dayer i think ;)

On the student front- well done DS. He gave me an idea, get a student in and put Mr.B in the shed :) Cost effective and minimises the mess! Oh well a girl can dream. :)

DS won't be vacating his room before we go on holiday - there is only so much one human can do, and tidying his room on top of everything else will be beyond me!

But if they are short of beds for the August bunch, I could be very tempted to do something - especially as the children are with their father for a week in August anyway, so that naturally frees up a bit of space without toooo much extra effort!

And on the basis that if you are going to have one student, you might as well have two or three because they all need running about to the same places at the same times, it wouldn't be too much more trouble once they are here.

Absolutely, cocalls, I'm so glad things are heading in the right direction.

Hypno - oh my word, you have a lot to do by Sunday! I get what you mean about "might as well have 2 or 3, as just 1" - you're right. I hope all the preps go smoothly in the next few days.
