Okay, I'll do crunches and stretches of all descriptions - I'm not doing the shred (not yet, anyway) - I'd cry :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

My top half is my slimmer half, and I have always had good stomach muscles, despite them being stretched when pregnant, so it is not the miracle that it would be if my thighs were to be lean and lovely!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I'm proper intrigued by this shred business! Seems to be a bit of an epidemic in here, are you on commission?? 20 minutes of exercise sounds good
But rather scary... what on earth do you have to actually *do*?? In the house, I take it??
I lost just over a stone, then stopped going to Slimming World, and haven't been running in the last couple of weeks as my silly thyroid is playing up (I have Graves Disease, so it's OVERactive, which you'd think would make me run faster :rotfl: but apparently that's not how it works... :rotfl:) Anyway, now they'd stuck me on beta blockers, which just make me completely washed out and idle :rotfl:
Hmm, thinking about it, not sure I'd summon the energy for Shredding! (and, er, dare I ask, just *what* are you meant to be shredding?? Not muscles, surely?? Sanity??)0 -
Wow a sick pack very impressive0

Hmm, exercise, I must find time to fit some of this in >.< Good for you Hypno. I started Couch to 5K, 5 times. Never finished it and have my 5K 'run' this Sunday. (will be more like a crawl)0

Well, after all your talk of exercise above, I am doing none this morning - two reasons, DS is off to Thorpe Park on a school trip, so is up and about already, and I would rather not be jumping about and pulling funny faces when he is still here - might spoil his day somewhat!
Also, I have woken up with a burning throat and little voice:eek: So I am going to listen to my body and not workout this morning - I am not planning to run this evening so will do the DVD this evening instead - will make a nice distraction from panic cleaning before the students arrive at the weekend!
But, rest assured, I will get it done - I am not going to give up!
Cheery Daff - it is 20 mins of lunges, squats, pressups - usually with weights, plus cardio stuff and every conceivable crunch exercise for your abs. It is hard work, but is worth it!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. 10p on scratches again today, and nothing to report in banking. To do list written for when I get home - v. scary, followed by even scarier one for tomorrow. Oh well, it will be worth it!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
