Thats a fair size list, Hypno, I hope you get through most of it - especially the runs to the charity shop and the tip, that will create a fair bit of space. I love space! Just had the bulk waste disposal people around myself, its a good feeling.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

So really they must be jealous of us!!
Ah, but Keith Richards has had 2 accidents: falling out of a tree in Fiji and (if I remember correctly) falling off the stairs or ladder in his library. And he has expressed a wish to become a librarian. So there's tidy for you!‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Speaking as someone who lives with a Rock Star (!) - there are definitely NO tidy cupboards in this house! :rotfl:
However, I just finished Day 9 of Shred!! :j :j :j Actually started it about 9.30, but Mr Daffs got up after I'd been going for about 5 minutes and made pancakes, so I had to stop and then start again :rotfl:
Not sure that's how it's meant to work, but it certainly makes it more appealing stopping for pancakes after the first circuit :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

Well, they say it is all about balance, so yin and yang and all that
I've got a second load in the wash, have done round one of the ironing, put another small box of stuff that has already done a couple of car boots into the car for the charity shop, and have a couple of books to put on amazon while I stop for coffee.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hey hypno, I really need to catch up with your thread and haven't had the slightest chance yet it moves so quickly!!
But cheery and yourself keep talking about shred, and how good it is and I know you've lost lots of lovely weight (well done by the way) and I've just had a look on amazon and there are a few shred ones on there, which is the one you use, or would get?
Hope you don't mind my asking.

I got mine from Tesco.com - there wasn't any confusion then as there was only one on offer! I don't really know what the difference is between the various ones on Amazon, sadly, so not much help!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. I don't know either! One that plays on English DVD players (is there a difference??) Mine has a dark (black/ red) cover with a pic of Jillian on the right wearing black (with a bare midriff!)
Good on ya for wanting a go!0
