My oversized thighs have disappeared, still some weight to lose around the stomach, but I can feel the difference, which is good. I didn't measure anything before I started. I've never finished anything like this before, so a real acheivement for me, my other half tried level 2 with me and gave up!0

I found level 3 easier than level 2, i even started doing the hard version of the exericises!0
