I've just finished 30 days of Shred, painful at times espically level 2, but I'm glad I have done it so I can have a day of rest tomorrow!

My oversized thighs have disappeared, still some weight to lose around the stomach, but I can feel the difference, which is good. I didn't measure anything before I started. I've never finished anything like this before, so a real acheivement for me, my other half tried level 2 with me and gave up!
