Well finally got around to Day 1 of Shred, actually quite enjoyed it. One knee is creaking a little, so will be more careful on some of the exercises tomorrow.
One thing I did learn was don't do Shred wearing a normal bra, definitely a sports bra routine with the jumping jacks etc0 -
Christina - I do exactly what Hypno describes, just substituting the flour I want for the flour thats listed. For smooth pastry, or a cake, thats a disaster - thats why crumble is so popular2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I have been decluttering paperwork today too - all my old work stuff - very liberating!! SO now my paperwork box is half of what it was I shall tackle the bottom of my wardrobe - I did all the cothes not long ago but throw ALL SORTS in bottom of wardrobe in the name of a quick tidy up - so a quick lunch and then off I jolly well go again.
Then just got dd's old room (Laughingly know as my craft room) to do.

When I was off last month, I cleared out 4 boxes of Uni stuff (I graduated 3 years ago) and almost all of it went - goes out of date so quickley but I agree it was very liberatingLBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

OK, you've made me feel guilty.
DS has de-cluttered my understairs cupboard, but I really should look at whether any of it will sell. Otherwise its off to the tip on Saturday. We have 3 old computers that he keeps planning to cannibalise for parts but never gets round to, surely they are all out of date by now?Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I've decluttered some toiletries that I have part used and don't like or just don't use, so that what is left is the stuff that I actually want.
But that's about it for today - I will be doing a trip to the tip tomorrow with stuff from the garage, and have yet to tackle the cupboard under the stairs :eek:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
