Blimey P, you are well and truly energised! I am about ready to collapse on the sofa this evening.....although I have ironing to do, and bin bags to fill! Ah well, they can wait until tomorrow :o

  • Football boots ! Three pairs- all outgrown - in utility room awaiting a good clean up, really should put them on ebay. One pair in particular were top prize in Match mag 4 years ago, silly money to buy....have I really got to do this ?

I've just put the football boots in the charity bag - I've never had luck selling them in the past, even at car boots, so just pass them onto someone else to sell and hopefully make something out of them now.

If I don't make the effort this week while I am off work, KC, I have no idea when I will next get the chance to have a blitz. And it really really does need doing. There is a huge amount of stuff to sort through.

P, I think you made a wise choice there. Enjoy the rest of your evening!

There does sound a lot, Hypno - you've been specific about clearing areas, and I know from later posts they've ended up crowded again. And of course, life has been so upside down for you this last year or so, everything must be all over the place. Do what you can. I just took a little break there to scroll up the page and admire your sig :D You're doing great :kisses3:

There are lots of places that are now clear, though - everywhere is pretty tidy really, and there is far more space than there once was.

It is not so much a case of places becoming cluttered again, but that I have quite a big house which had a lot of stuff in the first place, and of course things like the garage and the loft have not ever been tackled before, despite desperately needing doing!

The cupboard under the stairs and the utility room are my biggest problems - they DO keep refilling themselves with little effort! And of course the piles of paper are very reproductive, and the ironing pile has a mind of its own :o

I'm sure P can confirm that progress HAS been made over the years.....there is no longer a risk to life or limb as you move around the house, and even DS's room is tidy :D
