Well done on the weight loss Hypno - I have to report that after 3 days of Shred I have lost 2 lbs and have to admit that after I've done the 20 mins in the morning actually feel a lot better for it as my system has been kicked started!!!

Well had to spend a fortune on new glasses yesterday and DD has been to opticians today and she needs new glasses as well !! Even though she is a student she doesn;t get any concessions as she has some savings - oh well

Am off teaching soon once my uniform is dry - all the washing was drying nicely on the line and then we have had a big downpour - had to resort to the tumble drier!!!

Whats it like in Norwich - DS is there at the showground for the International Scout Jamboree.

Have a fun afternoon - I may even go to the gym

Heavy rain this morning, surfbabe, but since then it has miraculously stayed dry......although there is a black cloud looming close by so perhaps he needs to get his pac a mac out again!

Could be worse, though!

Headache and tiredness have been explained - I have now got a streaming nose.....am obviously destined to spend my last few days off with a headcold :mad: Am going to do a couple of hours download work this afternoon, but then will give in.

Just spent the last few days (not ALL day LOL) catching up on here - it's exhausting just 'thinking' about shred - make room on that sofa for another I'll bring some spare choccy from end of term (ended up with sooo much)

You have inspired me to dust off my Wii though - I subscribed to ww online a few weeks ago - started off great guns then blew it big time with all the chocs and biccies that fly around at the end of term. Sooo have filled up my fruit bowls and spent the last few days doing energetic cleaning and decluttering - (had my big declutter a few years ago and determined to keep on top of it) - Still no intention of doing shred though:eek:

Sounds like you had a great holiday Hypno - it came round sooo quickly and bet it went even quicker.

You have lost the weight before you are 40 and the great declutter will be sooo worth it. Especially well done on letting dad's clothes go.

Can I join the de-clutter challenge please. I started on the os one too and have been doing bits but I get scared when I go on os cos I fail consistantly on so many accounts there, much as I admire everyone there. I'm 50 next year so need to spend times on goals I want to accomplish before then.
