I might try and do level three after the weekend then.....especially if my thighs are going to get thinner! There is still a fair bit of wobble there, although obviously a lot less than before, but it is definitely what I would call my "problem" area!

Level 3 has really toned my legs, but your butt aches like you have been on a bike for too long, I just wish I could see more results around my stomach.

My legs are like tree trunks and always have been - I have the thickest ankles! "Cankles" my neice told me they are called - I guess it is where your calves and ankles appear the same! However my inner thighs have gained even more that the originial wobble and I can feel them rub when wearing a skirt, sorry thats probably TMI. Tummy - well thats just fat!

I am realising that I am now turning into a live ad for the 'S' - need to increase number of 'lines' me thinks.

Hypno - amazing weight loss and esp at this time when you have reached goal and its very very hard to lose.

    Just three,

s1clark - my top half is much thinner than my lower half so my midriff etc has toned up nicely - I am a typical pear shape so my bottom and thighs need far more work and struggle rather more :o

Thank you - I have definitely changed the way I eat now, and of course the exercise is helping loads.

Am loving the fact that I am in smaller sizes and it feels so so so much better. My thighs too were of the rubbing together variety a few months ago!

I have belly wobble rather than thigh wobble, but that has it's own problems - being congratulated on my "pregnancy" being one :o

As for apple crumble (specialist subject :D) I often throw in a handful of oats to kid myself I'm being healthy ;)

Well done on the house stuff Hypno, it will be well worth it :T

We didn't get as far as apple crumble, decluttering a ginger cake and custard instead :D

But I always have oats in the cupboard, and have never thought to put them in crumble - will do so now though!
