Hopefully a long run tomorrow, mac - but today will just be 45 mins or so. Runchum has been on hols this week, and I was away the week before, so this is our first run together for a couple of weeks, so we shall have to get right back into it, because it is only 3 weeks until my half marathon and only 7 weeks until her marathon :eek:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

I know what you mean RMC! I ran for the door last Saturday and fell and hurt my coccyx- it's still very sore!!! Very envious at how you are all getting into exercise. I can't do the dreaded Shred as I live in a flat and it would really disturb the downstairs neighbours!

Did a very comfortable and enjoyable 3.5 miles, and the rain held off so that was a bonus. Tomorrow is an hour and half which I am now looking forward to quite a lot
I have a half marathon to do at the end of August, which is now somewhat daunting, being so close, but will be running with P so can just use it as an opportunity to run and chat at the same time I expectSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Right, I said I would use this half marathon to raise money for Macmillan for Taxi.....so:

if you have a few pennies spare. Don't feel obliged - I certainly know how tight money is for people, as does taxi, so please don't feel that you have to donate, but for anyone who would like, please feel free!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
