When she stays at my Mum's, she keeps her up thinking she will sleep later the next day. What actually happens is Aimee wakes at 6ish, plays in her room until 8 when Nanny's alarm goes off, then Nanny brings her home full of chocolate breakfast and a full packet of starburst and then I have to deal with an over-tired sugar crashing horror bag until bedtime... It's a real joy...
Ahh - I send LO to bed at 6.45 - 7pm - do I get the victorian mum prize?! Plus she has 1 1/2hrs at lunchtime!!!My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Cheers darlin'!
She is 13 and posted:
Want Me Text Me 07xxx xxxxxx
Silly little girl. Messaged her to say she sounded like a call girl and to quit it.
My lord - her mother should be doing this!My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »She deleted the one she posted tonight after I [STRIKE]b0ll0cked her[/STRIKE] mentioned she should. But she did post it a few nights ago.
Thanks for looking,

I suppose you've been quite busy lately.
It was a very expensive holiday run by people experienced with Autism - who quite obviously weren't, and we were asked to leave when some mad woman took it upon herself to heal my son and he wasn't agreeable.
Since then, i've had five weeks of being passed from person to person with nobody taking responsibility.

Well, my grandad's service was lovely. It was awful at the beginning as my gran was sobbing her heart out.It was easier to hold back the tears with my baby in my arms though- if you know what I mean? And when one of the hymns began to play, she was beeming big smiles to everyone on the back row- including my cousin who only lost her dad (my uncle) a month ago. It certainly helped ease some of the tears. I love her sooooo much! :heartpuls
Me and hubby then went to Chester to our fave Thai place- I didnt fancy going to the wake with so many irish people there! At the end of the service all my irish relatives who hadnt met Ayana were "crossing her palm with silver"= putting every bit of change they had in their pockets onto her whilst I had her in my arms! Im going to keep a 50 pence dated the year she was born and put it in her memory box.
Overall a lovely but very very sad day.
Well, it sounds as though it went as well as it could have done for such a sad occasion. It's all you can ask for at such a tough time.My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »The dodgy hotel blokes (on the Stokke comp night) seem very keen to get me on board, to make sure I go them them as soon as my current contract finishes and to 'work out a suitable package' :T
Hotel rooms, suitable packages
I'll go down the congrats line and wish you well in your negotiations and interview.0 -
Hi Michelle, I remember you ( and a couple of others) from the preggo thread. Seems like such a long time ago already
Your Grandad's funeral sounds like it went as well as can be expected.
Can't remember who said about smearing rusks on nipples, it's bad enough when Sophie catches me with no bra on. She stares intently at them in a worrying manner and starts smacking her lips even if she's not long been fed.

Morning everyone,
Having a lazy morning whilst DH is at work.
I've dug out a Christmas Wallhanging cross stitch pattern that mum and I are going to stitch and make into an Advent Calendar for Katie, it's been in storage for 5 years.
I need to find where mum has put all my accessories first.Proud to be dealing with my debts

My threadless order has finally arrived :j
Husband is supremely indifferent to the extra shirt I bought him but likes the one he asked for in the first place *rollyeyes* and I have a new one too. Molly, obviously, has three :rotfl:
Enjoy your trip MFD - have fun and be careful
Hugs all round, I am feeling dire after my soaking in the rain yesterday so will spend the day doing As Little As Possible. My list only has eight things on it, clearly a slow day...
