My email from the blog lady;

I'm afraid I can't involve myself or my blog in current legal cases. I've looked over the thread of emails below and from what I can tell you have been told, by the solicitor, just two days ago, not to advertise the case in the press or threaten to do this. Many blogs, these days, are seen as serious forms of the press. I like to hope that my blog is one of them.

I have worked far too hard on my blog for too long to risk having it shut down for publishing one article. So, no, I can't publish your story.

So you have been threatened to shut up by a solicitor and she believes that you should do so!!!

Lovely to see how quick people are to back down when the mention of legal action is banded about, a few more principles would be nice!

Oooh that'll be lovely - I'd better wish you a happy birthday now then, because I'm not back from Wales until Monday night, so I might not 'see' you before you go - 'Have a really happy birthday!!!!'

My birthday treat is really this weekend, though DH has passed on a voucher he received for a spa treatment at Cricket St Thomas so I think I might be booking a nice massage

3 I think if you put the WW bit in the description it will still come up, you can edit names as and when to so try making it and PM what you want it to come up with and I'll search them and see if it shows
