    Question for you all.

Where can I get a cheap but nice kitchen? I only need a few units. I like B&Q doors, but the actual units are crap.

Michelle - sorry your neighbours are beeing PITAs. Not heard anything from housing so looks like the flat wasnt supposed to be, hopefully theres something better around the corner soon.

    .

Sorry youve not heard anything Som. But I really do believe that things happen for a reason! How does your application system work where you are? Up here they update the website and you "bid" on the house you want. If you fit the criteria and you get there first, they offer you a viewing. Is it the same down there?

Hi 3onitsway, can you give a bit of background as to what happened on this holiday since I wasnt really reading the forum then... or just a link?

Lovely pics red! All grown up! :)

Thanks Gill- my teether arrived today! Its fantastic, in the shape of an elephant and very interactive. Ayana loves looking at it because the main part is red.

Well, the police obviously arrived aaaages after I rang and by that time he had gone in. They knocked on his door but he didnt answer- obviously. So they just went! They rang this morning and said the council are getting involved now... I think hes a council tenant. So its 3 strikes and youre out!

Oh... Ayana slept for 8 hours straight last night, had her feed at 4:30am and then slept until 9ish! :T:T:T

Its definately a one off though.... :o

That email smacks of begging "but pleeeeease dont sue us, we're a charityyyyyyyy :(:(" and what kind of solicitor would firstly email it, but secondly make no legal references either? Sounds like they know you have a case but are trying to make it as akward as possible for you.

I dont know how to progress with mothercrap, should I wait til i've had the t shirts to start kicking up?

Am having a sorry for myself day today. Am on a week off but have done nothing at all, dont get paid til tomorrow which is the last day of hol. Havent had a break from the monster in weeks, yet S goes to the CM once or twice a week when I am at work and OH is at home, and what does he do? Sits on his backside xboxing, internetting and sometimes goes to the pub with his friends! While I spend my days at home running round doing housework and trying to entertain S! OH is home for the next two weeks, one week with S while CM is away and one week to sit on his arris, wheres my break? I cant book one cos CM still has hol to take this year and OH now has none left! If he wasnt working tonight I'd just booger off out for the day, but he has to sleep today and tomorrow. Grr.

Sorry, that was long and very boring, wish I could say I feel better for getting it off my chest lol!

3- I am so angry that the bastages have sent you such a fobbing off letter. I hope that the media picks up your story and others can be warned.

Love that teether, Beenie! I thought it would be a bog standard one they sent out, but that is lovely. I'd put it away for Christmas 'cos I am mean mummy!

For the third morning in a row H woke up at 3:30 and refused to go back to sleep. I have no problem with him waking at that time as he has always just snuggled down with me and gone back to sleep. I think he is in pain with his teeth because he just moans and grabs at his face, poor little thing. I really hope these nasty top ones come through soon so he is back to his normal chirpy self.

ETA- Em- I find OH working shifts hard sometimes as well. Nothing helpful to add really, except that all mummies need a break sometimes!
