What's wrong with FS Krystal? My towels come out hard and gross if I don't use it. I think I'm using Persil non bio right now, that I got sent for free :D

She looks grown up Arnie, but I suppose I'm comparing her to Keira, who has a chubby babylike face still.

Thanks :) My mum just got a job working during the week so there goes my babysitter on whim :rotfl: She's coming down after her work today, to borrow £50 off me  So I'm going to have to drag my sorry bum and Keira's out to the bank. I found a job that I could of done as a night porter but it ended at 7am, and it was 3 days a week and my idea was that idris could stay over in the flat for those 3 nights a week to watch Keira for me, so I could work but he has to leave for work at 6:30am. BOO!

    Clean kitchen
    clear dining table

    put ironing away
    [STRIKE]peg out wet clothes[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]collect dirty clothes and put a wash on
    sweep floor
    quick dust[/STRIKE]
And bonus swisher mopped the floor, cleaned the high chair, swept the cobwebs from downstairs.

I know lists are annoying but it's so I can prove to DH what I do all day

OK, so Ikea kitchen it may be. I'm wondering if we can just chop out a bit. See the problem is, we only have space for an under counter fridge and the freezer is through in the cupboard under the stairs. But I need that in the kitchen so the tumble dryer can go in there. But out kitchen has a built in ceiling too...so just replacing it is a lot of work.

BM, fabric softener is bad for skin. But the biggest issue is that it can set TD on fire. I use those balls in the TD but sneak in some softener when I'm line drying :D

Oh and it's also the softener that makes the towels hard and scratchy! It leaves a residue. A few washes with soem vinegar usually sorts it out and they end up soft without having to use softener at all.

Hi BM - she's 4 (tall for her age), she'll be 5 on the 1st October.
Hope you and Keira are feeling better soon - it's really hard trying to look after them and be sympathetic when you feel like rubbish too.

Wow! She looks 8 or 9 in that picture, yet she's 5/6 weeks away from 5!

Midwife this morning. Not all straightforward. Will explain more later when I have time, but must go make Lucy and the girls some lunch.

    I hope all are well.

I didn't know it could make your tumble go on fire  Even knowing this i will probably still use it because it stops my clothes smelling of fags (until i wear it and relight!)

You've done heaps Tia. Come do my flat now :p

    Hope things aren't bad motm

...Wow, 3. This seems to be missing the point? The point is surely not suing someone for liability, it's the "person or entity who received money for the holiday and then didn't deliver, returning the money"? Will you talk to your solicitor? :(

ETA: Precisely, MFD :p it's all about keeping up with the MFDs! ;)
3 - am I right in thinking that:

    - the 'person/company' you made the booking with

    is different to

    - the 'person/paypal account' that you paid

    and both are seperate to

    - the 'person/volunteer' whose solicitor you have received an email from.

    And

    - the 'charity/american head honcho' guy is claiming that he doesn't have anything to do with any of them.

What about the One Show? It sounds like something that Dom Baldy-Guy would 'investigate' - he did something last night on a guy who had a cheque go missing in Barclays system...

    I've emailed The One Show.

I've updated trading standards, they'll ring me before COB Tuesday.
I've updated my MP - she's still waiting to hear from them.
I've emailed the main man as his original email said he was looking into the facts.
Mum is onto the local radio news desk as they were unable to run the story because GN told them we were negotiating a refund.

Any my lovely baby daughter is cleaning the hall floor with the toilet brush!

3 - as I see it you have severl issues here.

first - breach of contract. You weren't given what you paid for. simple. Regarless of who the 'leader' is/was if you paid the company it is reasonable for you to expect what you were promised.

second - someone (who should have had proper training) attempted to 'heal' your sone without consulting you first, or consulting J (your son). This is just wrong. However, in light of how a court sees 'damages' and 'loss' it is unlikely you would be given any financial recompense for this specifically.

third - being asked to leave. I imagine that in the T&C's there is some clause about company discretion, However, I would argue that J was only acting in thr realm of normal/reasonalbe behaviour for an autistic child that had been 'provoked', that it was a one of situation and that you were asked to leave because the company realised that they didn't have the facilities or training to deal with J i.e fulfill the contract/promise they made you. Because they failed I believe that they owe you the money back.

I think you are right to contact the places you mention. I'm not sure what I could do to help, but if you think of something let me know. I know a very influential journalist who is currently freelancing for the Scotsman who you could contact - I know you aren't in scotland, but the camp was wasn't it?????;)

get your neighbour to leave your house as she arrives saying 'thanks so much for agreeing to babysit the cats for the week/end while we are away. I can't believe the cattery let us down' ;) :rotfl:
