I was once offered 5 jobs out of 6 that I went for. It was the one that I wasn't offered that I had the good feeling about too, so i've learnt not to have any good or bad vibes about jobs and just wait...

Good luck with it all :D

Kamari - on the beachy side of the island.

I always promised myself that when I went back I would stay in Thira but a chat with Bruno convinced me that it probably isn't the best place with an adventurous 18 month old!

We will visit the caldera side though and I am planning on a trek up the volcano now I have an all-terrain buggy - it just seemed easier to be based on the more child-friendly side!

I got us a great deal on a 2 bedroomed maisonette at the Afroditi Venus Beach Hotel and Spa - because we have DSS with us having at least 1 bedroom was important to us, the 4 of us cramped up in a single hotel room wouldn't have made for the most relaxing time for us adults IYSWIM ;)

I haven't seen any being sold off 3.

nice one. we stayed in kamari when we weny. perfect for pushchairs as its all flat.
would love to stay in thira those views are magnificent. but totally not suitable for a buggy lol!! maybe for a trip out.
    nice hotel too :D

    and am soooo not jealous:o

think we are going go back when kian is older so he can understand that he is stood on a volcano. but...DH really wants to go back so it maybe next year

It was meant to be my day of rest today in a hectic week, but alas no, everyone wants to go shopping....again, once 17yo gets home from work at 1.15 ish. Means I get to take the new car out again though :)

I'm also going to be a bit more MSE once the girls go back to school/college. I may be affluent enough for a while, but looking after the pennies means I will be for longer and I need to set a good example to the girls for when they are older, which i've always done, but lately relaxed a little more. I'm hoping for 3 years out, which will be easy, but then need money to start own business etc, so have to start being MSE again when kids return to school.

Hope everyone has a nice day and hope your weather isn't as pants as ours :o

And i can't get out of here til i decorate and i can't see how i can possibly do this when Amber is soooooooo demanding and can barely keep up with the general housework let alone do all this. I *think* my brain may explode.

Right then, what day do you want me round??? And I'm deadly serious.....
DH is working tomorrow but then is off for 3 days so he can have Landen, and I can come round and do your decorating whilst you entertain A, or we can take it in turns watching her/decorating....

And you most certainly DO NOT deserve it! Noone does.....

OH just mailed me this conversation they just had -

Me: 'I'm going to let your butt air out for a minute now.'
    E: 'Clouds...'
    E: 'Butt in the clouds!'
    meaningful pause
    E: 'Peenyus in the clouds.'
E: 'Up very high in the sky.'

LOL! The boy is starting early with the exaggerating his bits :rotfl:

Beenie, my neighbours had similar problems (only it was junkies) and it was the MSP (MP in your case) who finally got them moved to here. Worth a shot, take all your evidence, including the screen shot (employers can use them to fire staff so it is evidence) and keep looking for more. Or PM all of us her name and we will.

Bastages. If they's mispriced it in a shop we'd all be at home with children sitting in them!
