Excellent news GISI I bet you are made up:)

SJ - Those cakes were really nice and soooo pretty:) I would love to be able to bake like that.

Gisi that's great news, so glad that your work have come up with a good solution for your return.

Mel - Tea is beautiful and Kai is such a cutie. Now I can match the boy up with his bedtime night night routine which I think is adorable!

Isla woke up screaming again and generally unhappy, I'm not sure if it's tooth related or tummy trouble again. OH has gone to the chemist as the calpol only had the dregs left in the bottom.

Thanks Boo...Isla is a cutie too:) I love her name too, it was on my list.

I soo love kai's bedtime routine, he is so sweet when he starts waving like crazy at the TV once the 'song' finishes and looks round for his blankie, my heart melts, honestly.

    I hope the calpol helps.

I have got the Mamas and Papas two stage ergo bath http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...AS+BATH%5D.htm and it is brilliant. I use a little flannel to rest her head on but apart from that, it supports her whole body brilliantly. She can kick her legs about and splash around and I can wash her properly! :) HTH

Anyway, hello everyone, very new mum here, my daughter will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Still not in any routine at all so come to ask a question about Breast Feeding- will she ever wait longer than 2 hours for a feed at night?! :) I know all babies are different but I would like to know other people's experiences to save my sanity! I am lucky in that she can bottle feed on formula too when I feel like she has sucked the life out of me (tends to be in the run up to bed- around 11/10pm for her at the moment). So any tips or advice would be appreciated!

Oh, and another question... Ive noticed that she likes to sleep on her side and will even turn herself towards the 'wall' of her moses basket (I think this is because she feeds in this position), should I keep putting her on her back (like the docs say) or should I leave her?
Hi Michelle my little girl is 3 weeks old and feeding every 2 hours aswell I bf my older child 5 yrs ago and I keep telling myself this stage doesn't last 4 ever - I will get some proper sleep soon.

Mel I've just said to OH that I like Tea if we have another girl! Isla was one of the first girls names we picked, even when we were considering others we always came back to it and it just suits her perfectly.

This is the lovely piccie of Isla and Jack seems as Glam isn't on fb :)

It made me think of Fergie and his head touching. My girl was also making eyes at Kian who was trying out his Irish charm :D

MFD noooooooooo! I feel like my hands have been cut off when my netbook isn't working, no broadband at all is a nightmare!
