Congrats PP looks like another MSE baby boom
Had a great day out it was the end of the village festival with lots of activities. Had a few cheeky drinks outside of the pub in the sunshine and Charlie made a few male adult friends lol! I think he walked away with quite a few pounds and also filled to the brim with crisps sweets and juice as he wouldnt leave them alone lol! i think he thought he was 'one of the boys'
My feet are now aching and theres nothing on tv, babies are in bed so all is quiet! hope everyone had a lovely day and enjoyed the sunshine!
What sunshine? We haven't seen sunshine for about a month!! We have had inches of rain today
Glad you had a nice day xx:(please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

beenie hun, what size are you, if you dont mind me asking?
Been looking everywhere for some shoes today and have come to the conclusion i have fat feet!!
All the strappy sandals i tried on were sooo tight, so i must be a wide fit. (couldn't find any though so lumped for some that i don't even like but i've decided on the black dress so no one will see them).
Oh and i got measured for a bra today and i'm a 38D, and all the bra's i'm wearing are 36C lol, so it felt lovely to wear one that actually fits.

Can I ask if you leave it up all day? I have a Grobag Go Anywhere Blackout Blind which suckers onto the window but because it it a 5 minute job to put it up I am lazy and leave it up all the time. I feel like the neighbours must be talking about the lazy cow who doesn't open her childs curtainsA velcro option that I could remove might work better for me if it is easy enough to put up / take down.
!
well I don't always take it down completely, I hook the bottom bits of velcro onto the middle bits which loops it open - but you can still open the window even when its fully up so I sometimes just do that and other times I take it down completely (thats a pest though as I'm not quite tall enough to put it back up without the aid of a chair!:rotfl:Congratulations! Assuming I'm pregnant I'll be due on the 24th (which is Alice's birthday).
Susan - a tentative congratulations to you.:j Lovely news. I know a family which have two children born on the same day, but three years apart
r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
Mfd, I've got a proper black out blind up with winders... But because it's precariously balanced I don't open it either lol...
My friends haven't opened the blinds to their nursery room since their son was born... He's the same age as Aimee...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Jack went off to sleep on his own and it only took 16 put downs! :T
I read the Baby Whisperer again today and I don't think the CC is suitable as he's still having a bottle in the night so need to work on that before I do the getting off on his own.
HOWEVER, determined not to let him sleep on me I stayed in his room and every time he stood up, I lay him back down. Did it 8 times and he fell asleep but his creaky door woke him up so did it another 8 times and the door woke him again when I went to leave but he settled OK. :j
Just got the night bottle to work on now (he dropped it for a week then started again *rollseyes*)
The WD40 will be coming out tomorrow!
Will try the velcro thing thanks mac!
I got fitted before I went back to work - 34D but I'm convinced boobs are bigger after a week on pill plus I am still bleeding so no more pill for Glam
Will sort out getting the diaphragm otherwise I'll end up joining Krystal, MOTM & PinkpigA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
I'm a 14, which is apparently the national average but i just don't carry it well cos i'm so short.

Im gonna be on the lookout for a fellow midget round Darlo then
Peacocks had a nice maxi dress, which length wise was fine for me, am 5ft 1, but it was a boob tube one which you might not be comfy with....
Darlo is really pants for shoes.... not that ive got the £ to spend on shoes.....
And I really should get measured as well, my back is killing me lately and Im sure its because I've got pants all support, and none of my bras feel like they fit well.....
Ive totally mucked up Landens routine, he fell asleep at about half 7, when i was planning on bathing him, and hes been so grizzly and stuffed up with this cold that I was loathed to wake him, so I've left him to sleep  I'm sure I'm gonna pay for it tonight....
ETA - The day late poo occured as well..... was a honker.... Landen seemed very happy with himselfWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Highly productive day today ... while tidying I found a wrapped present - Husband bought me a Wii game for Christmas last year and lost it. It's the active personal trainer, which I really wanted, but it's in German and I asked for an English one
it might have an English option, but if I open it to test it then we can't take it back. Which to be fair we probably can't anyway because it's almost a year old
I just wish he'd think sometimes. I love that he got me something I really wanted, and that he claimed he was spreading my gifts out through the year, but something I can't use is really not ideal.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
