If it was the £25k prize thing then that'd be a whole other matter, of courseEverytime i watched it they all had massive detached houses anyway  Why can't someone living in a sh!tty bedsit with no money ever win it!

How come you're leaving the cat behind EA did you inherit it when you moved in?!
Susan - thanks, yeah that's my email address
No, he was ours. But the new house has said no to having him
Also, we're worried his fur will aggrivate Lilys eczema. He leaves fur everywhere! He only has to lay down for a minute and then that space is suddenly ginger and white! :rotfl:0 -

Aless I have to say I'm with you on the choking/gagging thing
Christopher has actually choked once in his 3.5yrs and it was on a milky bar button my mum gave him when he was about 18mth, I was absolutely fuming over it because she gave him it knowing I didn't want him having sweet things between meals and let him run about straight afterwards, he jumped/climbed on the the sofa and as he did inhaled it. I whacked him on the back which dislodged it enough to catch the gag reflex and he then threw up (down my back all over the outfit I was about to go out to a fancy restaurant in)
I've never experienced a child choking during a 'normal' meal time setting, obviously it can and does but its not something I think about or am concerned about day to day.0 -

Did Jasmine like it? And what did you put in it?
I think she will enjoy chewing on it, she keeps chewing her bottle teat instead of sucking :rotfl:
Yeah she liked it when she used it, i used it pretty much with just bits of fruit, i think it was mainly banana i used, but i think it was that which made it go all discoloured.
Right OH is ill, when im ill i get on with it, still have to feed the kids ect ect, he comes home early and has been in bed all day and is acting like he's dying:mad: he's not!! we've all had the bug he's the last to get it, its not that bad!! he does this every time he's ill, really gets on my nerves lol!! random rant over lol!

Thanks for the comments about James. He's was grinning reading them!
He's been to secondary school today and really enjoyed himself. He's chuffed because a group of Year 8 girls kept telling him he was cute
Well done on the letter. It reads really well.
Hope Jack feels better soon xxEvansangel wrote: »My brother one choked on a biscuit when he was a baby and i had to stick my finger down his throat to get it out _pale_
My brother choked on a biscuit when he was a toddler and it was wedged solid and he was turning blue. Luckily my Mam had done a first aid course and had him over her knee, and was holding his head and slapping him hard on the back. My Gran went crackers and told my Mam not to hit him so hard in case she bruised him! My Mam screamed back she'd rather have a bruised baby than a dead baby, and at that point the biscuit disloged and shot out my brothers mouth. I was about 4 and can remember that really vividly!**confuzzled** wrote: »As for the loo, I'm gonna move my desk! any top tips from anyone on how to completely empty the bladder?? I find after 1 trip I'm waiting for a reasonable timespan to pass before the next:o
If you find out, can you let me know?
My bladder has been really weak since I had Charlotte. Most of the time I wee every hour or so, but it can be as short as 15 mins between wee's. I'm up a couple of times in the night too, and sometimes I dribble a couple of drops when I do star jumps
I'm self employed and travel round shops. It's not so bad if I'm visiting shopping centres or supermarkets as they usually have a public loo, but it's difficult when I'm visiting small shops or retail parks as they don't have loo's. I normally have to sneak into a McD's or hold my nose in a manky petrol station loo
I've asked at the doctors but he said it's just one of those things and told me off for not doing enough pelvic floor exercisesHere I go again on my own....0 -

Krystal - did you see my post about making a mop cap and apron last night.... in case you didnt and I can get one off my mum when do you need it for? or there are these
If you can get one from your Mum that would be brilliant, we need it for the 20th...
I have been eyeing them up on eBay... Watching a couple of them, and wondering whether to butcher an old sheet on my sewing machine (that Dave bought me for christmas and I used to sew the parts for a sock monkey and nothing else) I suppose if your Mum doesn't have one we could borrow, I could always try option B with A as a back up lol...
Beenie, meant to say thanks for the offer of the boy one but Aimee's such a girlie girl I think she'd die if I made her go to school dressed as a boy lol!!
Becles, How fantastic of James!!I really think the good teachers do an amazing job!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Oh and I have to tell you what Aimee was saying on the way to swimming tonight... She was talking about babies and said if she had a baby boy she would call him Adam because she likes that name... Unless he was a brownish baby and then she'd call it something else... :rotfl:A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
