    Happy birthday Amelie!

Molly thanks you all for your good wishes :A

Have you got anything planned for Molly's birthday (apart from "unwrapping" the dome :D)?

We're going to the interactive bubbles exhibit at the museum, possibly to free play at Gymboree and then we're meeting some friends for dinner so they too can marvel at my lovely monkey.

ea, tell me to butt out, but 10pm is really late for a baby lily's age.

Happy birthday Molly!!! I hope Miss Mollyfrog, formerly Bellyfrog, thoroughly enjoys herself and gets some cake. :D

Some babies settle into a late sleep pattern, it's not ideal for parents but it's not necessarily unusual. It's only now Molly's only having 1-2 shortish naps in a day that she's tired by 8-8:30pm and I can get her down, before we'd put her down at 8 and she'd be up at 9:30 wide awake and thinking she'd just had another nap and it was playtime again. I think Rhys was the same way?

    And thank you :)

I'm really curious about 3's TMI question...

 Scruffy and AF, not seen you for a while :)

Anyone ever bought from https://www.canvasrus.co.uk ? We think we're going to get prints done from my and my brother's families for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary next week. They look decent and we're using some image software to create fancy mosaic effect things of a hundred tiny tile pictures.

Morning all. Day off today to take OH to hospital for the gender scan (forgot its proper name) :) while my mum babysits Elijah - this is something that has not really happened while he is awake and active so will be interesting to see how it goes.

After visiting Kew with my brother on Sunday and E meeting my 6 month old nephew Solomon, we were telling Elijah that there's a baby in mama's tummy yesterday. He was being very wide-eyed and puzzled then suddenly tapped the tummy and said "Ohhhhhhhhhhh! Baby cousin! Baby cousin Sol coming!" and wandered off happy that he had understood :)

Happy birthday Molly! It's Elijah's tomorrow :) time flies doesn't it!

3's question was still there whited out, at least an hour ago, SS! Wasn't that exciting ;)

E's sleep routine is still in the annoying category in that he regularly goes to sleep 9-9.30pm, is up for 6.30-6.45, and then has a 90 minute to 2 hours nap most days around 2pm, but occasionally skips it (then goes to bed at 8.30 instead).

    Thanks Bruno :)

Happy birthday Becles :) I put it on FB but not here, sorry.

I didn't know Elijah;s birthday is tomorrow - I wasn't on the thread this day last year ;) Do you have lovely stuff planned?
Also, is Mrs Bruno Mama because of Elijah's choice or was it to avoid Mommy/Mummy confusion? I'm also Mama, because German kids call their mothers that and I thought that if she got lost and someone asked, Wo ist deine Mama? she wouldn't understand. Husband wanted to be Papa but Molly calls him Dadada so he's resigned to it :)

Oo happy birthday also Becles :)

We actually have nothing planned for tomorrow, which is very bad. We do have a nice barbecue on Saturday with various family and friends with kids coming over though, which should be good. Presents from me will include a scooter and a stack of Dr Seuss books :p

OH is mama because Elijah came up with it; I don't think we called her mama in front of him before he started using it... similarly(ish) I am dadden, although we were calling me daddy. He occasionally says daddy but clearly prefers dadden :)

Oh, did I mention before? E has got very keen on the potty... not in a fully practical sense I hasten to add, but he fully approves of sitting on it, whenever he has a nappy change now he demands to go sit on it before his new nappy comes on, and he has in fact peed in it (just as a consequence of sitting on it nekkid for 5 minutes I think)!

He is sitting on it now in front of the TV...

We sort of thought that acclimating him to it in a low-key no pressure manner from early on might be an ok approach, and by the time baby02 comes we'd be clear on whether he was ready yet and either get it out the way before or wait til well after, rather than wanting to try it out at the same time as we have a newborn.
Dunno if this approach will work but he is enthusiastic so far! But very early days.

Edit: SS I disapprove of your FB friend on principle, as she has the same first and last name as my wife! tsk

EA - I think thats very selfish of your OH and he needs a good kick up the butt!! Some nights we do the same as you and I put T down in her travel cot around 8ish to sleep till we go to bed. We watch films fine with her in the room, we just have to make sure the sound isnt up too loud. Othernights we're lucky and she settles upstairs. We have done one good thing to help us get out and that was buy a years membership to the National Trust, so even if we have no money we can still get out (its one of the reasons am after a 3 wheel pushchair atm tho!). Maybe once you learn to drive you could do this or soemthing similar, even if OH doesnt want to you can take Lily.

Still no word from the Mura ebay lady :( Tho I have spied another one now on a buy it now for £135 its only 2 months old and am soooooooooo tempted. Tho its still a second hand pushchair so am in two minds but have kinda got my heart set on one now.

Had to take fur ball to he vets last night as he has had a gammy eye for a week or so now, turns out he has conjuntivitis :( so that cost us £50! He's a bu99er to get eye drops in tho so am having to get OH to muzzle him using a towel wrappped around his mouth while I put the drops in.
Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpuls
    Working on baby no2 :D

How exciting - does that mean you're 20 weeks already? Will you be finding out the flavour?

Thanks 3 :) we are in fact 21.5 weeks I think! And yes, hopefully we will be, one less uncertainty/thing to think about.

To those hunting 3's exciting post of last night I cannot help, but apropos of nothing I will ask, shamelessly, those of you who BF (and those of you who aren't, I guess?), how long did it take for your boobies to stop leaking?
