hi elle -- superman rhys should blow a raspberry at that physio. fingers crossed for you too.

3 - hope i haven't missed anything re b****** camp. i am trying to keep up with it. did you end up dropping a line to Martin re the possibility of getting Watchdog involved.

mdw -- i found the show interesting. unfortunately not in depth enough to get full details of the 'solutions', but i have taken some points from it.

    night chopsticks

can anyone give any advice on sky packages??? virgin and bt vision aren't doable and we dont get a very good selection of freeview channels (which i had hoped to get)
  • AF - we watched that programme too...well I half watched whilst doing other stuff. Did the little boy stropping over not having his milk get it sorted in the end?

LOL - DSS sounds very cute but he is 10!! Sounds like something Alice or Ello would say!

    Anybody seen scruff recently?

    Yay Elle! Go Rhysy!

yeah that boy did. he did really well actually. i dont agree with the 'test' of how well the systems worked being 11 hours of unbroken sleep.

AF - I'm have Sky TV, phone and Broadband and including calls I pay about £40 a month on the basic TV package, the broadband is free with the phone and I get free evening and weekend calls.

Broadband I'm limited to 10GB download a month, with up to 3MB speed - I only actually get 1.5Mb :(

Just had a letter saying that the TV is going up by £1 a month.

3 - what's this camp thing I keep reading about - I didn't catch up on the 100+ pages I missed with lappy was being fixed.

AF - I altered my system with Katie tonight with her being on her own for the first time in that I stayed in the room but not in touching distance, took about 20 minutes for her to settle. It will be Friday when the novelty wears off that I suspect it will get hard.

My personal test is that she goes to bed quietly with 1 or 2 returns that's a good bedtime.

i will need to add the sports to what you have...do you then have to pay the line rental separate?? i think i'd be okay with speed as i currently have a tmobile dongle, so will be pleased with anything up from that :D

i would be happy with LO had her usual waking around midnight and then went through to 6-7am. i am hoping with our move, new bed, new room, we can start getting her to sleep better

Latest is I contacted the lady who ran our camp, and got a reply from her solicitor saying he's dealing with it and will hear from me in due course.

(I called the number on the solicitors email this morning and it was answered professionally by a receptionist).

I've emailed Watchdog but not heard back. I've emailed BBC today (thanks Bruno) after they were asking for holiday stories.

MFD You're still allowed to be cute when you're 10. :p

oh, i did see the post about the email and just realised i forgot to say about getting in touch with the Law Society (or the Scottish equivalent to check the validity of the solicitor's details given in the email).

i really hope you get a response from watchdog or bbc

i also wondered about Netmums? would they be any good as a voice?

Post #3486 - I don't know how to link to a single post.

It was a holiday supposedly ideal for people with autism, staffed by people with experience - which turned out to be a load of balls! :(
