As I had a blonde moment when booking (I forgot to book my return journey!)

My outward ticket I'm collecting at the station and my return one is being sent via first class post.

Depending on the station you can collect at the counter, via a self service machine or have it sent in the post.

You have to check National Rail to see if your particular station has self service machines.

SM, you can arrange to have them posted to you first class, or you can print them off at the ticket machine in the station when you get there...

I won't be able to come as I'm probably going to need to take 2 half days so that Jack can have some settling in sessions at the new creche.

Plan is for him to start on the 6th September but as we are off for the first week of August I wangle a week without paying childcare as finish this creche end of August ;)

I plan to go and visit the creche again tomorrow but think we are going ahead. :)

Took Jack to a playcentre earlier, OMG he was super cute! :A
He was giving this little girl of about 2 huge slobbery kisses, they were both leaning in for snogs. It was soooooooooooooooooo cute!
He also managed to climb the steps for the slide so of course Mummy had to go down it with him.

Aless - I find unplanned blitzing is the best way forward. No plans to do anything today yet I have hacked the huge bush outside, gutted my bedroom & front bedroom, sorted the airing cupboard out and put some boxes in the garage. Can relax now once I've cooked tea and sorted lunch out for tomorrow :D

Where does the time go?

I have a question re baby led weaning. Can anyone reccommend any websites for me to look at? Also can you give them things like babyrice and purees as well? I've had a google and my understanding is I could put some in a bowl and give him a spoon.
