:j hello everyone! How are you all?
We went to the zoo, but the rest of my very late birthday surprise was that some of my friends were here organising/cleaning/tidying while we were out!! I've come back and our living room looks like a living room that people live in, not a storage area, and it's amazing. I'm so touched by what they did.
now that is some FANTASTIC friendsx
Still searching .....:)

That's great, SS
you must be very pleased indeed.
I am back quite worn out from 4 hours in Kew Gardens where we also met up with my brother and partner and my 6 month old nephewE was just non-stop for 4 hours continually and was utterly, utterly exhausted by the end but I was very pleased with him as he kept his good humour throughout and never had a meltdown.
This on top of yesterday's 2.5 hours at Battersea Park Children's Zoo - a bit pricey given the size but with a really excellent set of play areas that I thought was worth the money even without the meerkats and monkeys
I should mow the lawn but I am tired and need to do some work before tomorrow morning0 -
i'll pm you my number keely

It looks good Glam, but it's losing rather than loosing
Thanks, I think I put losing the first time and it looked wrong!
Bruno - I have taken your advice and moved the bullet points after the 'it would be the most expensive' and reworded it a little.
Thanks

There is a problem with Gloucester tho Searchie as if I don't catch the 14.30 return train then the price leaps considerably!
I will prob go for the Hereford or Ledbury train both of which would arrive at 10.24.The one thing children wear out faster than shoes is parents:D
