A lovely lady from the council just rang me to remind me that I forgot to pay on the 1st of July lol... She's very kindly putting my payment date back to the end of the month though so I've paid July's and half of August's today and then have until the end of August to pay the rest...
I also took advantage of her calling me to ask her if I was entitled to council tax benefit... She's passing it on to the benefits team and someone will call me Monday... Might knock a fiver a week off if I'm lucky...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Morning lovelies
Happy birthday KOAG :j
Re nappies, if you know roughly what time he's going to go, would you considering letting him have clothes-off time on a wipeable surface around poops o'clock? I found the washables to be the only ones to hold the splosions in real check too, all Molly's newborn sleepsuits had orange/yellow stains on the back before she got big enough for the BumGenius :rotfl:
My boobs are in reasonable condition, although three sizes bigger than they were before pregnancy. I prefer them pre-feeding though

Hi nms...I was just asking about you this morning!:D
Dr Browns bottles have been a massive failure here, they leaked constantly and we both ended up sticky at every feed, plus she didn't seem to like drinking from them and only ever drank about 2oz (3oz if we were lucky) whereas her normal amount is 4oz (or sometimes 3oz/5oz) So I have gone back to the Avent ones, but bought some of the comfort milk yesterday evening and have just made that up ready for her next feeds. Hopefully that makes a difference. On the back it said 1 in 5 babies suffer colic, so in theory IF I did ever go on to have baby 5, it should be fine as she would have been my 1 in 5;)

Morning everyone
Had a lovely morning with Lily, she's so happy today
Had to call Portsmouth water to let them know we moved and they said that we should never of been paying a bill at our old property, it was down to the landlord as the water pipe goes to both the shop and the flat, and we should get a refund So i called southern water who didn't know and said to call the agents. So i called them and they called southern water who told them we dont get a refund, we were meant to pay the bill
Also, im thinking we might get most of our deposit back! :j Which is about £750. Now what to do with that?
Lily had Apple puree today for the first time, she liked it. She prefers pear i think. She was pulling the funniest faces
Wont be on much today, my sister is visisting from Pontins so im going to go shopping with her. She has no shops near Pontins so cant buy essential things for a cheaper price.
I also am doing her washing as the wash room at Pontins has a week waiting list0 -
My baby has horrific nappy rash all over her flower!!! It's the second time after having slices of apple so no more apple. Though she is fine with the pots of apples and custard? She's just whimpering the poor wee soul.0

Fur ball has gone for haircut, he was picked up at Oh my god its early 6.30am!! I hope he is ok for her as he has a weepy eye atm and can be a bit tetchy! Anyhoo he should be back just after 9 so better get dressed before she returns him. On the plus side of being up so early have had brekkie, done some ironing and made jelly with strawberries plus started prepping dinner. Off out with MIL later am taking her to ASDA so should be fun knowing how she likes to spend and theres a baby event on lol.
Thanks - excited and very nervous.

SS - Lucy bought some things online this morning from the next sale. She seems happy enough.
Off out shortly to spend some more. 15yo even cancelled her time out with friends because she wanted to come shopping for 'baby things'. Always been a strange one
Happy Birthday, pregnancies and anything else who is celebrating. Hope everyone has a nice day today.0 -

Hi Mel, did the colief arrive?
The Dr Browns can take a bit of getting used to. Stir the powder into the water. Make sure the brown thingy is on the tube properly, then sits in the bottle neck properly. teat screwed on etc, major faff, but was worth it.
The comfort milk is apparently formula with colief already in according to my HV. Though SIL was told to use both colief and comfort milk together by her gp.
I know the colic was bad at the time, but it all now seems just a far and distant fuzzy memory, so it does and will get better.0 -
Happy birthday Kindof
Hope you have a great day.
Aww poor AmberApple does funny things to me too, I get big red lumps come up on my lips sometimes when I eat them (not every time though, strange)
Alfie had banana and toast for breakfastI think he actually swallowed a bit too.
I'm far too busy to be on here today but currently feeding so it's allowed.0
