Edit - LOL SJ - speak of the devil! I am glad someone listens to my ramblings!

That was very true for me though! :)

T woke up not long ago and I managed to settle him without feeding too SJ!! What an ace feeling, makes me wonder how often I have just picked him up without trying, doh!! Well done you too xx

Good bargains! And well done you too :T Seems liek such a small thing really but I was very chuffed about managing it. I've often wondered the same if I actually needed to feed Alfie or not. Suppose it did the job at the time so no harm done really.

Yes true SJ, nice to know it doesn't always have to be a feed now isn't it (let's hope its not a one off!!)

Yes good car boot bargains but they have been offset somewhat by the near on £50 I spent at the spa, oopsie!! Mind u that was £35 on the massage and the rest on lunch and a few drinks, the actual use of the spa was free as my friend had a voucher so I could argue that it was mse, hehe!!

*hopes DH doesn't read this post as Im yet to mention today's spends* :o

I find it's easier to send hubby upstairs to settle C if I'm not planning on feeding her...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I now have 12 cubes of Carrot Puree in the freezer. I managed to get them out of the ice cube tray without destroying it :D

They took like 30 mins in the steamer, but i dont mind so much as i could just leave it to do its own thing without worrying about over spillage, like on the hob.

Lily is finally asleep, she has been very awake today. She had a tantrum for two of her bottles and i had to calm her by singing to her, i sang "1,2,3,4,5 once i caught a fish alive"

Apparently the song is fab... :D

That's good thing - keep doing it! He'll be absorbing all the words long before he speaks so when he does start talking, he'll already know loads of words.

Elliot seems to be back to normal, eating loads so that's good. I need to see the doctor again tomorrow though-as my throat did get a bit better but now is so red and sore with ulcers :( So i'm not feeling too good.

Pleased Elliot is better. Hope you get sorted out at the doctors xx

An appropriate time as any to stop lurking here and actually post. My baby boy, David, was born on the 1st of July.

Congrats - lovely to have you with us :)
and as for things to look at, he's more taken by the black lightshades and curtains than any of his toys!
If that is what he likes, let him look at them! Charlotte loved looking at the Sky remote and a dog toy called a nobbly wobbly :D

Charlotte has decided she needs ten cuddles before bedtime. I have to get into bed with her and we're on our sides facing each other. I have to lift my head up and put my cheek on her cheek and say one, then lay back down, then do it again and say two and so on. Then at the end we both shout "ten" really loud and she shuts her eyes and pretends she is asleep :rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....
