Exactly what i think. They always wake Lily up and its annoying.
They left me a message to tell me there is another viewing tomorrow at 9am! They dont even ask anymore :( thats 4 tomorrow now.

You can refuse if they dont give 24hours notice, i'd be so annoyed if i was you, bet you cant wait to move!

Jake grinds his teeth in his sleep, really goes through me!! He's been doing it more or less since he gave up the dummy,

I've got a poorly girl, she was up all sat night being sick but seemed ok yday, still off her food but wasnt sick, but then she was all sad when i went in her bedroom this morning and brought all her milk back up and has got a runny bum too!! think jake had the bug last week but he wasnt as bad just sick a couple of times and tired.

I really need to go food shopping we have ate nothing but junk the past week, no fruit or veg in at all!! will wait til OH gets home i think then i dont have to take jasmine incase shes sick while we'r there!

That's totally unacceptable. I would ring them back and say you can't do the 9am one because you haven't had enough warning (I'm fairly sure they have to give 24 hours notice) and that given you have three other viewings that day you need that time for actually living your life. (Obviously don't say "actually living your life" but pick something you need to do like visit friends or do the shopping or cooking or whatever.) I would also say that the number of viewing per day is unreasonable and give them one time for each day that they can use for viewings eg. Tue 3-4pm, Wed 10-11pm, Thurs 2-3pm etc. I don't know if Lily has regular nap times but if so, tell them that a certain time is out because that is when your baby naps and the viewings wake her up. I can't understand why they aren't lumping them together as surely it would be in their interests to have a group booking so they aren't coming out multiple times aday to show people around. (Unless they are expecting you to show people round which is also unreasonable IMO.) I never had prospective tenants round when I rented but once I lived in a flat which was sold and the landlord arranged one group viewing where about a dozen people all came and looked round and that was it. (And they were all very polite and said thank you and apologised for disturbing me as did the landlord.)

Susan's right - you can tell the agent only to come certain times/days as long as you are reasonable. DH encounters much pickier tenants all the time!! Be firm, they can't enter without your permission. And don't be scared to do it - it's very common and the agent should expect it :). And yes, they have to give 24 hours notice by law - they can give less only if you give permission IYSWIM.

Benjamin loves small pieces of veg as a snack :o every few days I boil up a load of potato / parsnip / carrot / whatever and put in in a tupperware container in the fridge. Then Benjamin goes in the fridge gets the container out and helps himself to little cubes of veg....

....until the container is empty and he brings it to me in tears :o :rotfl:
    That's a really good idea.

Alice is always really bothered about whether we have carrots in the house. It's not even necessarily that she wants to eat them at the particular time she is bothered (although she does eat them) but she likes us to have them in. Once we actually had a special trip to the local shop for carrots at bedtime because she was so troubled by the lack of carrots in the house.

I know.... its just really hard because I feel like I'm being judged, and that I should be eating more, but I physically just cant or dont fancy it and it upsets me that even though I'm eating the same amount as I was pre pregnancy, its suddenly become this massive issue now that I'm a mum......

And it also upsets me that people think I'm that shallow/unstable/mental that I would consider starving myself to regain my figure....... thats probably more what offends me.....:o
I've come to the conclusion that when people comment on someone's size and how much they eat it is usually completely irrational. I used to eat loads but was still really thin and I can remember people being really nasty to me on a guide camp one time saying I was greedy just because I was eating double what anyone else was yet some of those same people who said I was greedy also made nasty comments about how thin I was. It's completely irrational and I think food/appetite/size is one of those topics where people often just don't think properly.

CAFCgirl dont pay any attention to them they are more than likely jealous, I am a green eyed monster myself however I keep it to myself. And look at other mums enviously getting back into prepregnancy clothes. I have literally just within the last 2 weeks got down into prepregnancy clothes just to find out that I am pregnant again.... I struggle to get Benjamin to eat meat most of the time. On saturday I gave him a hotdog (full of goodness ;)) and he took the sausage out and ate the bread....then he found out that if he waved the sausage it bent a bit so he waved it around for a while. Had a bite and shouted Mamma, Mamma, Mamma and spat it out for me :rotfl:
I wonder if he has trouble swallowing it. My minister couldn't swallow meat until he was around five and he said his nephew was exactly the same. He said he could have it in his mouth for ages chewing it but he just couldn't manage to swallow it.
