I think she does it on her phone Jenny...

I wouldn't use my phone in the bath because I would be too scared of dropping it :o

  • Maz, and anyone else interested in nappy bargains- Wilkos have Pampers New Baby and Active Fit reduced to £2.97 for a carry pack. My local had size 3 New Baby and 3, 4+, 5 & 5+ in Active Fit. Works out around 10p a nappy depending which size you're buying and you can use money off coupons too if you have any. I had 2 x £1 off and ended up buying 6 packs of 4+!

I am hoping he'll be like my little brother was, as he was skinny when younger. Saying that though when I was little my parents had to be called into school because they thought my parents weren't feeding me I was so skinny, hmm I wonder where it all went wrong :rotfl:

I've had comments about James as he's so skinny. This photo shocked me - James is in the foreground.

But he has two bowls of cereal and a glass of full fat milk for breakfast, then an adult sized portion of whatever I've cooked for tea and yoghurt or a cereal bar or something after. On weekdays he has a school dinner with a main course and dessert, or at home he usually has a round of sandwiches and a bag of crisps. In between meals he snacks on fruit, biscuits, yoghurt, dried fruit and so on. I've no idea where all the food goes!

Boot camp was really good this morning. Did the usual run across the field to warm up, then did some star jumps and press ups. Did a load of boxing work. First one had a pad and one punched, and we did a series of punches then runs, then swapped over. Then we had to do sit ups except one held the pad and the other had to sit up and do 10 quick jabs, before laying back down. That really worked my tummy. Then we did a series of shuttle runs up the steps, and a load of stepping up and down on a wall, then some tricep dips against it. Cooled down with a brisk walk and some stretches.

Came home, put the washing on the line, packed up some stuff for work and took it to the Post Office and then went to Homebase. Bought some new trellis and managed to get a choisya, clematis and some hebe's reduced :money:

Have taken all the old trellis off the fallen honeysuckle and planted the choisya. Just waiting for the drill battery to charge so I can put the new trellis up. Will give the honeysuckle a good pruning before I fasten it up against the trellis.

Have to take the dogs out first as they're pestering me for a walk now.
Here I go again on my own....

Sorry I've been MIA for so long :o

Mega busy in work and very tired when I get home, the only internet time I've had has been sorting out a holiday in September!

Well, after the throat infection Jack got a chest infection and gave it to me and now he has suspected chickenpox! He has a very blistery rash which is quickly spreading and a telephone call with the GP says it probably is chickenpox so off out for Calamine and Rhus Tox! (Thanks Tara) :)

Thanks to Elle and MFD for the texts :A
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Beccles I think he looks totally normal on that pic, like he is just taking a breath maybe? I was a similar size as a child with a similar sized appetite. Its not caught up with me (yet) thankfully, I still have hollow legs :D

Just popping in to say I won't be about for the next week. We're off on our hols to the Lakes. At least Thomas and DH are - not sure if there's room for me yet :rotfl:

Hope the weather improves but if not we'll just have a nice time chilling and enjoying Thomas without all the extra pressures you have at home lol.

    See you all next week!

Hi Glam, bye Glam! I was thinking about you yesterday. Just in a curious "wonder how her and Jack are getting on" way, not stalkerish I promise!

Have a lovely holiday Gill :)

Well done with the crawling Henry!

So the birthday party was great! Alfiw got his first ever party bag! Everything was Hungry Caterpillar themed and in his bag was a little badge with the picture of the cake from the book. I am so nicking that for myself!

Going to get ready for the gym in a minute, work off some of the party food lol
