SJ, It is fab!! you are very talented, just been looking at all your other creations too, love the big burger cake as well lol!

Thank you all very much :o Incidentally, that burger cake on the site is the second one I made, but the first one was the very first fancy cake I ever made and was the one that really sparked my interest in it all!

SM you have no need to worry about wearing your swimming costume! You look fab :D

Oooh, pg test SM :D. Now Krystal's the first one of the summer 09 mummies to be pregnant again, I wonder who will be next...

Everything is grand, apart from we could do with £100k (if anyone has got it spare!) which will allow us to buy a house that we love love love but can't afford :D. (It doesn't help when you go away and spend time with friends that live in the London suburbs in their 4/5 bed houses with double garages and earning London salaries. But then, none of them have a baby, and they all adore mine so I can't have it all ways).

SJ - those cakes are fabulous - I like baking, but I'm rubbish at cake decorating. I'm trying to pass on my love of cooking and baking to Katie, she really loves making Chocolate Crispy Cakes.

All this talk of cooking - Katie has an end of year thing at Church on Sunday for Sunday school - I'd already planned Crispy Cakes, but I just dug out Elle's Rocky Road Recipe so will be taking some of them as well.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

SJ, that cake is amazing, as are all of them on your site. I have just looked through your whole site. I love the strawberry one, and the cupcakes look delicious.

I can't believe how you get everything done with a five month old. You are amazing.

When I picked Benjamin up today the CM said 'Benjamin do you want a wee-wee' and he went and sat on the potty :T:T

He had his trousers on but at least the language is starting to sink in.
    :T:T Well done clever Benjamin!
Since when did hospitals work 'office hours' anyway? Is 9-5 actually a shift for any care professional?

    What a load of b0ll0cks.
My OH works in the cardio ward of the local hospital, he said weekends there are hardly any doctors around, and its the same at nights as well, so there may be some truth in it...
    I've had a great day :D
Awesome news all round, well done you! A job, a sofa, AND a child that eats!!

Quidco have emailed to say my Engage Mutual £50 cashback (which was down as "received") has now been cancelled and i won't be getting it :mad::mad::mad:

Same goes for my £6.50 from Wilko :(:(:(:(
    Yep, same here :(

I am unbelievably f*****d off about this - I had nearly £300 in there waiting to be paid out at the end of this month, money to go towards my deposit for a house. I now have just over £200. It was all marked as received, I dont see how they can mark it as received and then say it isnt there? The company had clearly paid them my money to pass on to me, so they are clearly taking it and doing a runner!

Especially annoying as I missed the date to request the payment of it last month. If I'd got it last month I'd be £80 better off!:mad:

Thanks Choppy :) It does help that DH is at home during the day though, so if I am busy baking he takes charge of Alfie and I just step in at feeding time!

I am worried about a cake I'm doing for Tuesday though, it needs a little figure made from fondant of a geography teacher on it, and it also needs a little fondant globe! Yikes! It's ages since I made a person. What does a geography teacher even look like?! lol. Oh and i have to remember he's Asian too and not make him too pale!
