Katie was born at 5.19am on a Saturday, I couldn’t fault my care. At one point I had 2 midwives and a doctor discussing my options. I did feel a bit abandoned on the ward in my little side room, I had to send DH to find me food as my blood sugars were dangerously low and I went 18 hours between doses of pain relief – I never asked as I didn’t realise you had to, but then they should have realised I’d not asked then checked if I was ok.

Make up?? What is it? Never use more than mascara and lipstick.

Ladybird – fingers crossed she stays asleep.

    Beenie – at Quicdco.

Sami – I hope you find something that suits you and Chris.

Katie has been little miss grumpy pants ALL day, I think she has spent more time on the stairs than off them, I think the terrible twos have hit 18 months late!

I’ve been wondering why my our account didn’t have much money it in then it struck me at about 10.30 this morning I changed my bank details at work so my last 2 weeks money has gone in there
Proud to be dealing with my debts
    DD Katie born April 2007!

Searching - everyone at the pool will be in a swimming costume, don't worry! And they will be all too busy swimming to be analysing you too ;)

I'm watching the proms. I'm not really in the right frame of mind for it today though - I'm laughing childishly at the funny faces people pull when they are singing.

Hi SM  Long time no speak!

I bet Zoe and Jayden will love swimming! Swimsuits are great for holding all the saggy bits in :D The swimsuit I wear when taking C swimming (not a bikini as she pulls the top down!) doesn't have cups in it and squashes my DD boobs into pancakes. It works equally well on a post-baby tummy (the voice of experience here :D)

How's work going? Did I read you were looking for another job?

long time no speak to you too sweetheart .... i know they will just my hang up from growing up, i bought a tummy tuck in swimsuit and it does hold everything in not bad for £8 ...

works ok at the mo to be honest yes im looking for a new job but because i bugged (and bugged and bugged and moaned) for extra hours plus a couple of part times left ... oh and a full timer got fired (didnt like him anyway so no loss there) im doing anywhere between 25-30 hours a week but ive been warned dont get comfy as they could be cut again soon ...

hows you? is C well? x

You will look fine honey :)

Fingers crossed you find something else soon. It's a pain not knowing how many hours you'll be doing and how much you'll be earning. It was about 10 years ago now, but I took a year out to earn some money before uni. I worked in a shop already on Saturdays and asked for extra hours. My contract was for 8 hours. Most weeks I was getting fulltime hours so I asked them to increase my contract but they kept putting me off. Then, one week I was ill and couldn't work for a whole week and I got paid for just 8 hours that week. I know how annoyed I was then and I didn't have a family/house etc to budget for.

I'm good thank you, and Caitlin is doing well too. She still cries when I drop her off at nursery but 90% of the time, she's stopped within 30 seconds (I listen at the door). It's more of a whinge rather than a cry too.

Work is going OK. It's fine when I'm there, and I'm busy all the time which is great, but I do like my two days at home.

I remember MFD saying how she was loving the age Benjamin was at. I think this was a few months ago, so Caitlin is about the age now that Benjamin was then and I can totally see where she is coming from. She has no interest in walking, unless someone is holding her hands but seems to be so much more interested in everything and everyone than just a few weeks ago. "Daddy" is still her favourite word
