I'm looking forward to taking F swimming, but I'm trying to sort out how to do it as Amelie is just starting to swim without her woggle - she can manage about a width, but still needs a close eye, I don't really feel comfortable about just letting her swim with my arms full! And I don't have much chance to take F without A...
One of those baby swim seats perhaps? We didn't find it that useful with Alice but kept it because I figure it's more sueful when you have multiple children. (Sorry if someone has already suggested it - I haven't fully caught up yet.)

That's excellent running and bike distances :)

Good but sore from yesterday. She does these exercises for arms and shoulders and it's just little movements repeated. It really hurts and you end up getting all wobbly doing them, but the results are good. She does a similar one for legs sometimes too.

Also did piggy back races and wheelbarrow races which were fun. Other people in the park were quite amused too :rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....

Redstar- I've just seen Susan's quote of your post and remembered I meant to comment! Some swimming pools are strict on the ratios of adults to children so I'm not sure if you would be allowed to take both children on your own anyway. I know my step-sister can't take my niece (3) and my nephew (1) on her own.

Off to my circuits class in a bit, seriously cba as I still need a nap.

That happened to someone I know....they (mum and dad) took their 5 year old son and 18month old twins swimming, and took their 15 year old nephew to help with the 5 year old. The pool made them get out as the 15 year old was a minor so didnt count as an adult!
