Thanks....but I have only been buying non-bio since the culprit was born. Is it foolproof and if so what do I do with it as I will nip to the shops if it is!?0

SS, no experience of crossed over toes here, but S has inherited my bunched up looking toes, but seems to be walking fine
He does walk a bit odd though, puts his weight more on his ankles than his feet IYSWIM? Odd child. I guess he will grow out of it... I hope!!
How is everyone today?Mummy to

We've got the stain out, so it's really just the smell. Will just try soapy water for now, but if anyone has any better ideas, please feel free. It's our nice bedroom carpet!0

I used vanish Fitz but it still stained.... The mark has faded a lot now... But a mucky beige coloured carpet helps...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Stairgate Advice Needed!
Just so we are clear I'm not after opinions on whether I need one or not cos I'm getting one
My stairs are not a standard size, the gap I need to cover is 98cm which seems quite big. The Lindam basic one I have on the bedroom door doesn't fit and I'm not sure which type I need. I'm all shopped out looking around keep finding the same ones in different shops lol
The playgroup has the lindham flexi gate thing and its a big no-no as I hate it and would rip it off the wall!
Anyone have a gate that covers that size of gap and can recommend anything?

fitz if its just smell I'd personally wait it out it'll be gone 2mo IMO or I'd say good old bicarb or kim n aggie say mix a bit of vodka with an essential oil like tea tree or lavender and spray it with a sprtizer if you have one or just sprinkle if you don't0

I'm taking on board the suggestions and storing them away too in the back of my brain, as realistically I'm likely to get SPD again, and be stuggling (I like to be optimistic, and would much rather be saying "but of course my next pregnancy will be a breeze" but better to be prepared)... am resolved to tell DH that while we are TTC we will be putting money asside to pay for a cleaner. And he is to read the washing machine manual :rotfl:. (to be fair he can do that bit... it is the actual putting clothes into the washing basket/machine in the first place that he has the blind spot for!)
I had it with DS2 and probably with DS1, but as I was admitted to hospital at 33 weeks and on painkillers, the pain that I had wasn't anything like with DS2. With Amber at about 16 weeks I started getting the SPD type pain, really bad but thankfully it was pretty much gone by 20 weeks. I know a few people who have managed to skip it in subsequent pregnancies.

I have plans on 19th July (which was the date of the Scottish meet, but not sure if that's happening - Scruffy can't make it either) and 23rd July. I am up for a meeting on another day, but preferably after 23rd.
A later date suits me better too.0
