Awww redmel, gald to hear you are feeling better and that you have 'clicked' with T. On balance, it was only 8 weeks and you will so make up that time with her. Will make you a stronger person too.

Mel - I am so pleased to hear you say that :) Please don't feel guilty, it was totally out of your control and the most important thing is your relationship with T now x

Mel, thats wonderful :) any pics of your beautiful children? :D
Yes, co op are slowly converting all stores. Ours was done the other month and just before they did they reduced everything! :D
  • Aww, Mel that last paragraph gave me goosebumps! I am so pleased that you are now enjoying mummyhood, and easy as it is to say but I'm going to say it anyway, you should not feel guilty for taking some time to bond. T is very lucky to have such lovely parents and big brothers!

FBB- hope you have a better night tonight and that it was just a one off. Glad it went okay at work today.

I also just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words when I was going through a bit of a tough time after having T. I am pleased to announce that I am feeling much better (still have off days, but very few) AND more importantly, T is now 10wks old and I can say with certainty that I love her with all my heart, since she was about 8wks old I started having feelings towards her. I feel so guilty that it took so long and that I was so dismissive of her when she was born, I could barely bring myself to hold her, but now I don't want to put her down, I love her smiles, and the way she 'talks' at me, she is so beautiful too...I am a very lucky mum to have 4 such gorgeous children:) So again, Thank You all xx

:j:j:j I'm very glad to read you are feeling better. Don't blame yourself that things didn't follow the textbook plan. Hormones are rubbish, and you have no control over them.

  • NMS - Is Liam under a paediatrician? I would recommend it if he isn't. They have access to more medication and treatment than GPs and health visitors. Liam would be able to try a few hypoallergenic formulas - pepti junior and neutramigen are recommended.

  • Quick stop as I have packing and a job application to do - still having issues with my leave entitlement, boss doesn't think the law applies to his company.

    Hugs to everyone.

 I won't see you on Saturday Hammy, but I wish D a speedy recovery.

I'm currently trying to get a very excited but snotty 3 year old to sleep.

There will be cute pictures - I've booked her a pony ride :)

Molly only gets water and the house special too, hammy. She's been known to gaze longingly at my cups of tea, but I think that is because I am holding them and she would like to either be held or to be holding it too. I'm going to try the beastie with a straw though, it has to be better than the sippy cup - she likes to tip it into her mouth then chew her mouthful of water so most of it goes down her shirt.

    Alfie likes tea :o

I've picked a pound and a half of blackberries today. Going to go get the ones from my dad's garden tomorrow then make jam :)
