  • Ahhhh, I see. We have Thalia on our list of possibles if we have 2 girls. We already have a first choice for a female and a male. As we are already a house of names A-M, we have restricted ourselves to N-Z.

    And I spelt it wrong.

    Thaila - pronounced Tyler.
Marriage gives no automatic right, only legal parental responsibility or adoption. Depending on the court officials they would probably want to contact the absent parents for both which is half the reason we haven't approached the situation with Aimee and Hubby just yet...

Could be messy. Maybe i'll just stick to hoping nothing happens to me.
I only have 1 so far!!! But we definitely want one more (and then maybe 1 more after that ;) )

    And another, and another ;)

At the moment if I crawled under the shelves he'd have to lift me out :rotfl:

Bless him he has been lovely, and I really should replace it because he gets a bit tetchy sometimes and thinks I'm ashamed of him and I'm not.

Oh by the way you mentioned age gaps, I'm 25 and OH is 51, it doesn't cause any issues for us and I love him to bits :D

    :rotfl:

I'm sure he's fine. It would be nice for him to see you with a ring on i'm sure. Deep down he'll know you aren't ashamed.

Good to hear it causes no issues. It doesn't us, We still get comments though. I think people just like to comment for the sake of it. Kind of helped being a single dad for a few years as you get used to comments. Only from women too. Men felt threatened. Strange.

I always take the side away from the road - it means when you stand still and the people actually walk into you you don't get bumped into the road.

I always take the road side as I think it gentlemanly. No idea where I got the gentlemanly manner I have as I never had any good male role models.

Our plan is roughly every four years (although could be longer gaps dependent on babies having finished breastfeeding and how long it takes to conceive) until OH doesn't agree any more.

When you get married, it invalidates any wills you have made previously unless the will anticipates the marriage.

I'm guessing nothing is stopping me making a new will the day after I get married. Assuming my wedding night doesn't kill me.

Having read some of your posts and the link Sami kindly posted, I can see this being more mess than I ever imagined.

I'm even thinking P.I or something to see what mother of youngest 5 is up too. The older two are 16 and 17 and headstrong and would be able to tell their mother where to get off. We bought some Magnum's today as well :o

Think we may have to look into a double buggy in the next day or two now it's all official - anyone have any positive reviews?

Also - my twins slept in seperate cribs when younger. We plan the same again as opposed to a double crib (if this is even possible?)

Mothercare seems a good place to start.

School tomorrow for the youngest five - best of luck to those who have young ones returning tomorrow. I hope you are all ready.
