Sublime, did you get your replacement items? I confess to now having ordered a couple of dresses and a top in order to get another goody bag! Think it's addictive!!!

There was a mix up, as I have recently moved house, and they went to my old address. Customer service are resending them to me, so I should recieve them by next week.

I'm not ordering any more stuff this season, as I'm feeling very well dressed. I do like a couple of the sale dresses, but I'm being good (now!). :D

Your bag sounds nice to me. I wear my t-shirts with beige/cream trousers which makes them look ok. I've got a red one too, which I prefer to the other colours.

Could you post a pic of the tunic top, and dress. I've got a red/white tie dye flower effect dress, with a belt, and a green triangle detail tunic top. Not sure if they are the same as yours.

Ah ha - you just described my two items exactly! (ie, much better than I did!)

The red one sounds nice - my housemate thought my green one was a gym top yesterday so I guess I don't do it much justice! :o

Did you manage to make the dress work by the way?

The red t-shirt is the best colour. I love the dress. It is a baggy style, but I loosely tie it, low to one side, and wear with black wedge flip flops.

I have three triangle tunic tops. Two in an orange/red colour (my favourite), plus a green one. I wear with cropped black leggings, and flip flops.
  • Hmm, I don't think I could ever make it look good - it just looks like a tent on me, dont think I have enough style to pull it off. :oP The tunic top I was thinking of wearing with leggings too. I've got quite large boobs so I find the top does flare out a bit much, so I might have a go with a belt too :)
  • Hi

I only received four items in my goody bag and when I queried it, they replied:

Our website states that the goody bag contains a surprise assortment of 4-5 items of Fair Trade clothing, accessories and handicrafts worth £100, all for a very special price. Please note that the image is only a representation of what you may receive. All goody bags are unique and products vary in colour and style.

I understand what they are saying but some people have received 5 or 6 items and I feel a little disappointed. Should I just leave it?

If on the homepage it said "5 or more items" or something like that (I can't remember), then I think its fair to argue you should receive one more...

What kind of things did you get? 4 nice items are better than a parcel of 5 or 6 things which has 3 tshirts in it!
  • I received a plain green T-Shirt, 2 long skirts - one is fine (I can make it knee-length easily) but the other is a very heavy maroon and a pair of purple trousers which are short!
I wish I could be happy and think well it's goody bag but I'm sure it said five items.
Others have received dresses and lovely items and I feel like I've got what was left in size 10.

it is very hit and miss, the first bag i got for £30 contained 5 ill fitting, ugly items and i was quite disappointed, but having read others comments i took a chance and bought 2 more goody bags in 2 sizes for £57 and this time ended up with a dress, 7 tops & t's, a skirt, 2 pairs of trousers, a lovely knitted short sleeved body warmer and a necklace, all of which are brill and all amazingly fit me.
i think that this is the essence of their goody bag, you can end up with a load of duff clothes you wont ever wear, like my first bag, or you can get a fabulous bunch of additions to your wardrobe for very little money, like my 2nd 2... it is just luck.

I sent mine back (under the distance-selling laws), and received my refund without a problem.

The email that I got sent about these goody bags said 5+ items, so I would definitely contact them about that, rainbow86.

However, you got both tops and bottoms, whereas I only got tops, two of which were the same design just different colours. I would probably have been happy if I'd had a couple of skirts!!
