In the past I have had items that have been on a 2-4 week delay (that have been listed again on the website) never turn up. It's frustrating as I would have ordered them again.

more sale lines added....but yet again most of it on a 2-4 week dalay! which begs the question of do they actually have any of this in stock cos i am still waiting for at least 20 items all on a 2-4 week delay since the sale started, yet the same items keep coming back on site for sale.

Is anyone else still waiting for items ordered online during the sale? I have a couple of items ordered during my VIP slot that were on a 2 week delay but still no sign of them!

I received 2 items last week that I had completely given up on, so was very happy! (I did email Next about them a couple of weeks ago, but never rec'd a reply?!) Don't give up hope!

I ordered a pair of lovely sparkly sandals. Bargain @ £12! Only problem was they had sent me 2 right feet one a size 5 and one a size 6 :rotfl::rotfl:

There courier service imo is shocking. One parcel contained a bag and shoes and was left on my 'porch' I don't have a porch just a front step like most people and of course there was no parcel!!:mad::mad:
The odd shoes was chucked over the back of the fence and 'signed by customer' Wasn't me!! I was on the bus going to work:mad::mad::mad:

It is the first time I have used Next directory and it wll be the last.
