I've taken things back far after the 10 days and never had a problem or been questioned about it!

I have had a problem once where they checked the date, otherwise I've had no problems with the 10day refund limit.

they dont always look at the date in store - Ive taken stuff back loads of times without being questioned and Ive been over the 10 days. Worth a try!

I wouldn't worry too much, just tell them you were waiting for a matching item that was on a delay and arrived a week or 2 later than the original delivery. iykwim

FYI I returned some items last week and the lady on the til explained to me that Next are changing their online sales return policy and you will only have 7 days to return items instead of the 10 days you currently have.

I dont think that is long enough. New look and a few other stores I shop in give you 28 days! x

Just to let u all know next seem to have updated some items as there's few more available that weren't before as I've managed to get a few items I was after the first time round but had sold out hope this helps someone.x

I've been receiving my order in dribs and drabs. I've returned a lot as I didn't need everything, but today I received 2 maxi dresses and a t-shirt which were on a delay. I had ordered the maxi dress in standard and petite, but the petite dress is completely different to the standard one - the only thing they have in common is that they're both purple. And, the t-shirt was supposed to have ruching detail, but what I got was just a plain bogstandard tee.

Has anyone else received items which aren't exactly what they ordered? This has never happened to me before with Next. I'll be returning them but I'm a bit p'd off about it to be honest.
