Yeah, this has happened to me a lot this year. I've also got things in different sizes/colours to what I've ordered, and as I can't get to a Next store, it's cost me to return them even though they are different to what I ordered :S

I haven't found the sale to be great this year...It's so disappointing to receive something that isn't exactly what you ordered!

Err, I've had 3-part set that was just a t-shirt, as the rest was missing. Also 5 pack of briefs with only 3 left in it, flip-flops without any labels and in the wrong box (they were meant for a present). So yes, me too!

I'd ordered my daughter some pink spotted pumps and instead I received a white school shirt!!?? my daughter was upset as when I rang them about it they just said well it's out of stock now! so not happy, and to top it off I took it back with some other items to next yesterday and I have got my confirmation e-mail from Next with the items I returned and it's not even on there. So now I've got to call them, hope they believe me!! aarrrggghhhhh

Distance selling regs are a 7 day return, so Next are being generous offering 10 days.

I can never work out if its 7 days from the day i recieve the item or 7 days from when i place the order?

I took some items back today that were at day 11 (from order date, not item recieved date). The guy behind the till just scanned the items and issued me with a receipt, he didnt even look at the dates on the invoices.

Still have about 8 items outstanding, but i cant even remember what they are or log into my account to see what they are as the page just times out, ive tried 7 different computers in various houses and all have the same issue, so DF rang Next and cancelled the rest of the order.

Surely it must be from when they despatch/you receive the order? Some of my earlier orders were placed over 7 days ago and haven't even arrived yet!

Still waiting on quite a few items, but what i cant understand is the items im waiting for are being relisted regular, and i ordered mine in the first few days of the sale, and have not had them :think: so why are they relisted if some of the people ordered them first have not recieved them.
