Ordered from my VIP slot on Wednesday and my first two parcels arrived today. Really pleased with the quality compared to last year. However, I ordered a pair of cropped jeans and instead received shorts which are going back. Also sending back a pair of flared jeans which really flattered me until you got to the knee, as the jeans were far too long. Strange as the regular length are normally my size. Checked online but the petite size had sold out. Annoying, as I passed a Next store in town today but didn't bother as I got everything I wanted from my slot. Regret that now!

I got my first parcel today and am really pleased with the quality as well. I got mostly stuff for my 4 month baby, but for next winter and summer. I am returning a couple of things that aren't to my taste but overall I am really pleased. I have 2 more parcels to arrive and can't wait to see them now

I also went to my local shop today at 11am, not to buy anything but just to check out the stock in case I don't get a VIP slot the next time. I was pleasantly surprised. There wasn't many jeans left but I could have gotten DS any number of lovely tops. It was quite busy there but good to see that the stock level was quite high.

Lots of my stuff that said 3-4 delivery have appeared on my account and also a couple of items that said 2-4 weeks. I am still waiting on about 9 items out of the 39 I ordered.

Have to say I am happy with the sale and would be happy to shop instore if I had to the next time

New to ordering online, was lucky enough to get a VIP invite and ordered some bits Wed night at 9pm, how do you tell if order is on its way is it simply by the fact they have emailed to inform you or is there a link on the website I should be checking??

Went to the store for 4.30am and queued. Went in at 4.55am, straight up to Homeware for the Toy Story bedding i hadn't managed to get on-line on Wednesday!!! I would have been in trouble from my 3 year old if i'd returned without it!!! Only spent £65 which is quite reserved for me in store but did spend a considerable amount on Wed in VIP slot. Managed to kit my 3yr and 3 week old boys out for this year and next! Love the childrens clothes!

Had 2 deliveries so far from courier, very pleased with quality this time round..... Happy Bunny!!

Not necessarily - I had 5 parcels turn up today but no email from Next informing me they were on their way. Last year however I did get emails beforehand, so who knows why I haven't received any as yet!

well i got a few bits and pieces for the house when i went down today - spent 50 quid in store - then another 27 on a dress and bag
came home and ordered a canvas print for 40 on the website

I was going near to my local Next this evening again, so I brought back everything and my receipts and explained what had happened. I think they were OK about it as one blouse hadn't been scanned in and I pointed that out as well. They sorted out the duplicates and refunded the money (but didn't refund any of the actual items I want to bring back, which is fair enough), and charged me for the blouse. I'm happy it has all been sorted out.

wow logged on this afternoon and noticed lots was in stock still.

oh how the times have changed. too much redundancies and next to know disposible funds. i went in a NEXT today aswell... store was nowhere near packed. ques were 10 ppl deep.

i only cant shop coz i owe them money! they didnt even send me a catalogue!!!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of the same jeans they have identical tags and numbers etc but they are two totally different cuts one fits perfectly and the other is totally different! Knowing my luck I will send the wrong ones back!

On the other side of the coin. Ordered Wed night delivered Sat and what I ordered maybe M&S should take note at how to organise stock and deliveries for a sale!
