Got a load of parcels yesterday. Only keeping a couple of tops (knew I'd be keeping them anyway as tried them on before) and my 15 tog duvet out of this lot though.

Quite a few other things due to be delivered. Maybe tomorrow...

I'm getting worried about mine now. I've got four packages and I've checked the tracking and it says twice- processed at depot, receipt at depot, on every one of them. Hope they haven't sent them somewhere then sent them back again. I need the clothes for my holiday.

Just checked the Next website and there's loads of new stuff listed. I looked at homewares and there's 16 pages - curtains, cushions etc.
  • on saturday morning at 10 am i walk around my next with ease. must have been only about 50 people in the whole store. rails and rails and stuff to get without being pushed around. i expected to be in a bundle as its a new store only opened a few mths ago. this was banbury retail park.

Hi, am I right in thinking I can return my unwanted items today? Also, does anyone know if I can return knickers? I bought a couple of pairs to match a bra I got but the bra doesn't fit so don't really need the knickers but I know a lot of places won't accept them back which I can understand. Not a problem if not as they were only a couple of pounds each but thought I would check first (I daren't go in and ask if I don't know for certain lol).

    Thanks

How long has everyone had to wait until their orders arrived? I ordered mine on Saturday and hoping I will have it by Friday.

I placed 2 orders on Wednesday and one on Thursday. I received one order on Saturday and am expecting some more this week. Some of my items said 2-4 weeks so am expecting them when I see them, if I ever do!

Am quite happy with what I have received so far, and have a couple of things to return so I feel like I am saving money on them.

I ordered last Wednesday night and the courier attempted to deliver most of it on Saturday (unfortunately I couldn't wait in that day) but she's agreed to bring it Tuesday for me. Some of my order said it'd be 2-4 weeks though, which I can never understand, surely if you're selling half price it's because you have it in stock? Anyway, hope to have the bulk of my order tomorrow.

  • I went in the Milton Keynes branch on Saturday afternoon with a friend and bought a couple of things I didn't see online. They had loads of stock (quite a bit that looked years old and I hadn't seen in this year's directory) and it wasn't overly busy. I think people are still spending less than they used to.
