Ok I'm a little concerned now - got home to a little Next bag hung on our door (inside block of flats) and inside was 2 of the pairs of knickers I ordered - but no mention of the other £90 worth of clothes!! (I left instructions to leave with a neighbour if we weren't in). To top it off, the knickers look way too big - are you allowed to send knickers back?
Next delivery is appalling - a few weeks ago I ordered a skirt and came home to find it had been shoved through my letterbox, hanger and all. I complained to Next but didn't get a reply so I'm never going to use their mail order service again.
Popped into the London Colney store last night, plenty of sale stock on display and not many people shopping (well it was a Monday!) - picked up some nice bargains!:D£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

I bought a pair of boys jeans on Saturday in the sale. My son(4) wore them yesterday and complained of them being sharp at the waist. I assumed it was the elasticated waist or label etc. Today, when I took them out of the wash I pricked my finger and when I looked found a broken and rusty needle sticking out of the waistband!
I checked my son and found he has a number of little puncture marks and a scratch on his back.
I rang the shop to report it and they rang back to say I need to send the needle and the jeans back. My son (who is incredibly fussy about what he will wear) is really upset that I have to take the jeans back. It seems silly because there is nothing wrong with the item now and surely they just need to trace the item number back to the source.Top Cash Back: £882
Boots Card: £160

I take it they don't take the money for the 2-4 week items until they've sent them to you then?

It can vary but is usually around 6am, sometimes 7am.0 -
I am sure that stock is refreshed initially at 6am. Although yesterday there was a whole load of stock placed on at 10am. I got alot of skincare products that I didn't realise next supplied!! Also got a Ping Polo Top for my golf fanatic father-in-law, but I did not realise they stocked 'Ping' clothes0

It is supposed to be worn with the buttons on the front but it wouldn't sit right on me and was too baggy on the top. Like you, it fitted me better worn the wrong way round!
I was soooo dissapointed, I wasn't happy with it so returned it:(
If I was you, I would wear it whatever way it looks best if you are happy with it. It is such a lovely dress otherwise!
If I was a cynical person:whistle:, I would think that Next may have known about the problem. There was no stock of theses dresses for weeks and the sales people said there would be no more stock. The day of the VIP sale, they are suddenly in stock!!
Maybe they thought customers would return them at full price but would keep them at the lower sale price. Going to keep it and wear it the way it fits with leather belt - it looks fab:j0 -

I went in at 9.30 as was passing by and managed to get a few bits. However, two items have been put through the till twice so have to get that sorted.
I don't usually ask but I got a brown Next dress from their signature range for my 10 year old. Sleeveless with sequins at the top front (yoke part). It was £10 in the sale. I really wanted one for my 4 year old in size 3 or 5 or even 6! Does anyone have one they don't want?
There should be a Next 'swap' thread!
:j
Wouldn't a next swap thread be a good idea! Especially when you really liked an item but could have done with the next size up!0
