Just had part of my order delivered. 3 out of 5 items right but have x2 rose print dress and leggings set swapped for a x2 printed tunic! So annoyed as i bought my eldest daugter one in her size in store but couldn';t get ones for my younger twins. Was so pleased when they were online :-( Annoying thing is my order history has just been changed as if i've ordered them but it's definately not what's on my e-mail. Do you think they just do this if something goes out of stock and hope you will keep it not realising?
So if anyone has x2 dresses in a 3-6 month please let me know! x

alot of my items said 5 days delivery i had a slot last wednesday yet still not received some of them about 5 items, anyone else still waiting for items that said 5 days, i am now unsure as if they will arrive which i will be annoyed about as i could have purchased them in store yet thought i would wait.

NEXT is updating sale items at 3:06 am
Sat and Sunday at 6-7am but from Mon- Fri at 3:06am
this night before update in homewere was 67 items after update almost 170 items
I order for store pick up nice cushions for my little Girl bedroom 7£ ( befor 18£)

Just recieved the last fe items from my order, they were on a 2-4 week delay, so really pleased that everything I ordered (about 100 items) gave now all arrived!!

I have still not received the rest of my order and as I don't have an account with next I don't seem to be able to track it or anything. Really disappointed as I'm going away on fri and wanted the new clothes for then.

Try giving them a call? I remember when i was waiting for a order i phoned up and they told me my order status. Fingers crossed you will received it tomorrow in time for hols! I usually get a despatched email really late at night about 12am and receive the parcel the next day. So if its coming tomorrow you might get a email tonight.

Thank you for sharing the info! But hope you don't mind me asking how do you know? How you been up at those times and seen the updated sale live? Thinking about waking up at 3am now! LOL! Thats if my teething baby do it first! Thanks.

I'm the same...didn't buy them on an account, but bought things three days before my partner did and he did use an account, his arrived on Monday, mine still aren't dispatched.

Wish I'd waited for him to be home and used his account now, I'm wondering if it will ever come!

I run my business from home, not easy during the day with 3years old little AllTheTimeAskingAndKeepingBusyGirl ,
sometimes I work till 3:30-4am on my laptop

today only 5parcels from NEXT for me,
Saturday - 38parcels
Monday - 15 parcels
Tuesday- 16

busy time for me
