Ah, so if non-sale stuff isn't visible until after 5pm - does that mean I can buy the jeans I originally wanted tonight, and they will post it with my sale order, or will I be charged again for postage? Some of my sale stuff is being posted out in 2-4 weeks anyway.

I got charged twick for something last year. This year I bought a photo frame which has come through at full price, so will be back on monday to sort that out!

I went to the Guiseley, leeds store at 5am. Was really busy! I hadn't bought myself new clothes for over a year, so was desperate for something nice! Managed to buy lots of nice tops and some work clothes for when I start my 'proper' job in October!

Only thing is that I clearly overestimated my size as I bought lots of size 10s and 12s but most of the 12s are too big and I need to return them. Never mind! Forgot that their sizes can sometimes be generous.

Pleased with my bargains and spent £160.

Hope everyone else got some nice things too!

I got everything online except a top for me and some shoes for my youngest so was well chuffed. Went to the store this morning and got two sets of bedding and some boys pyjamas that went before my non VIP normal rubbish customer slot. I've spent £300 but some will go back and my boys have loads of clothes now. What with Next, Boden and House of Fraser my 2 year old has enough clothes, shoes and coats to last a year and his brothers have bulging wardrobes. Not that I'll stop spending unfortunately.

does anyone know, if i can return an item bought last week at the price i paid and than buy the same at the sale for half price or so ?

    thanks

No, if you bought something full price and it goes into the sale before you return it, they only refund the sale price. I am basing my answer on hwat has happened to me previously :)

They only do that if you don't have a receipt.

BTW what does DH DD etc. stand for?

If you have your receipt, you will get the price you paid for it. As for asking if you can buy it back at half the price... I very much doubt (I would never have had the guts to do that before!) but I am guessing they will tell you it has to go back into the system etc etc etc and they won't be able to do that for you!!!!

Forgot to add that two of my nine items said 'will be delivered in 2-4 weeks'. Better than being out of stock I guess.

Every time I have encountered that in the sales, I have had a letter after a couple of weeks saying it's not going to come as they haven't got them in stock! I had four today saying they'd be 2-4 week delivery so am not holding my breath!! (think they base it relying on what returns they get back in!)
