I had 1 minute to wait in the que and it jumped back up to 14!! Not impressed - oh well spent loads in Boden and White Stuff in really well organised sales and bought all the things I wanted for me and the kids (hubby has to sort himself out lol!!) and like the quality better there - so oh well - good luck to everyone else though - hope there's some things left you really wantedx0

Just finished my shop on there... they didn't have any of the jeans I originally planned to buy so guess I will have to wait for them to get them in stock again. Spent £95 including the post.... lol quickest shop I have ever done. 4 tops, 3 pairs of jeans plus some undies.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

I went to the sale this morning at 2.50am, the website said my local one opened at 4am, didn't bl**dy open untiil 5am, there were 14 people in front of me when I got there, two guys at the very front, then 10 mins after I got there two girls came up and stood with them, then half an hour after that another two girls came up and stood there, then at 4.45am one girl went over to a car and another woman got out (must have been her mum) and she went and stood with them, not very fair but wasn't too bothered as I was near the front and the queue was right down the rest of the parade of shops (retail park).
Got lots of bargains, did one lot then paid, was second in the queue to pay, then went back to look for stuff for myself and went back to find girls clothes as they always put more stuff out, so then had to queue for over an hour to pay second time. When I got to the till the two people serving started ripping the whole ticket off, was a bit p'd off and asked them to just tear the bottom part of the label as some of the stuff is for presents, they were the only ones taking the whole label off.
Can't get online, wanted some jeans but one of the posts above says they didn't have any extra long so probably won't get those - bummer!!
Got a few hours rest now until DD2's birthday party at McDonalds at 2pm.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

I went online at 7.45 ready for 8, noticed you could start putting things in bag, so done quick shop for things I had noted down, to my surprise most of it in stock! Then browsed around for some other things, checked out at 8.20, very happy that most of it in stock! Though can see me returning some impulse purchases!0

I'm pleased! Fed baby at 5am and one of my local next stores opens at 6am and it's always quiet first thing. Got there for 6am. Got the kids clothes sorted for the next six months and got hubby some underwear. Couldn't see anything I liked for me. The store was really quiet so I was straight to an empty till!
Went and got maccy dee's brekkie to take home for everyone. Home by 7.30am. Done.SAHM Mummy tods (born Oct 2007) and dd (born June 2010)0 -
Just been online and got some bargain summer dresses.
Not overwhelmed with the homeware choices, was hoping they would have a bit more but I guess I would have to brave the stores which knowing my local store I just wouldn't bother.
I bet it's a real riot down there! There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0 -
I was pleasantly surprised by the Sale. Got up at 4. Got dressed had a cuppa and got to Birstall Next at 4.30am. Was about 150 or so people infront queing to the umbro sports store. Think I timed it just right cos the queue started going back up towards Ikea then. Got into store about 505. Was pleased they had those see through bags. Couldn't find any maxi dresses at all but got some lovely homewear stuff and some nice tops. I the queue in homewear was quite short, and they ripped the bottom tickets off and hung all your clothes up so you get served quicker.
Got out of Birstall about 540 and drove to White Rose. Was a bit more manic there, got lots of bedding and towels from there but queue was dead slow upstairs. People buying 6,7,8 bags of clothes and sorting through other peoples abandonned bags. Was a bit jumble saley so I only got a few bits from there and left at 730.
Bought some stuff from next online VIP slot yesterday but have found out only one bloody thing has gone through! Tried again at 830 this am but nothing I want on there. I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy all the furniture I needed for the house in the Next Sale they had some lovely stuff. Oh well, can't wait for xmas sale. Considering it was first one I was expecting much more mayhem.
How did everybody else do?0 -
