    I've had this on a few occasions - irritating isn't it ;)

If you have some idea whereabouts it has come from, then you could put a note through all those doors saying something like 'if you ordered.........from book....then please contact me as I have an order with no name and address and don't want to disappoint' You could even pop the note in with the next brochure as you still have time to return the goods if they are not claimed.

That has worked for me in the past (although not every time). I used to put door numbers on the order forms but found it too complicated and time consuming as I'm too tight to throw away old order forms, even though we don't pay for them, until they are not fit to be seen :D

The only problem with typing on the iPhone is that you then expect the PC to correct and auto-complete the same way!!

    Hi ladies,

Does anyone know what size the free bathrobes are and if they are cotton??

I was thinking of ordering the relevant bits of the loyalty scheme to get one for OH mom but she's a larger lady and so wasn't sure of the size? I've also had a customer ask me too.

Also does anyone know what the 'lotus shield' points = prizes are?? I've only had one order for the lotus shield but several others for the other hair products in C12. I was wondering whether it was worth buying the other 2 lotus shield in the hope I can sell them just to get the free products but I'm curious as to what the freebies are and if they're worth it.

Can anyone shed any light?? Thanks

The bathrobe is a "one size for all" - but I can't remember what size it is! I think its in the messages bit on the website.

For the lotus shield - not sure what the products will be, in the time I've been with avon, its either been vouchers or they've specifically said what item you would receive. It could be worth ordering them to keep in as stock - as at least you're getting something for free! I bumped up OH order to make sure we qualified for £30 worth on his - I figure I'll either be able to sell on the items (even on ebay if they're discontinued or to customers), use them as free gifts...or keep them for myself lol. I'm hoping they don't just send us rubbish out! :p
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

    Hi
I just want to say thanks everyone! Lots of useful ideas and nice to know I'm not the only one! I give him the items, because I was just so fed up with the whole thing and I just thought for £2.35 it wasn't worth it. I will go back tomorrow night, as she didn't leave her book out either and see what happens.

i think the robe was one size and fits 10-16.... which is a bit rubbish!

I qualified for the full £50 for lotus sheild, my betting is we get an anew product or haircare bits. Dont forget £50 worth at RRP isnt that much!! :(

Thanks for the replies ladies.... so if we order one of the 'stated' items from each campaign ourselves (providing our customers spend £10 across the brochure which they will) is there anything stopping us from getting this robe for £4 (if you catch my drift).

I assume Avon doesn't know who orders what, so apart from us knowing which customers want to take part in the loyalty campaign there isn't anything stopping us from joining in is there??

Avon doesn't know who our customers are, they just know we have customers and they are spending x amount. I was actually thinking for those of my customers who regularly spend a lot, I could order a few of these robes and then give it to them for xmas as a thank you present :D, by then they will hopefully have forgotten about the offer... sneaks off to hide.
