    Did you ask for a Free Replacement or did you apply for credit and re-order the marked pair? Avon will deal with the matter differently, depending on how you organised it.

    Either way, rest assured, pretty sure they won't be giving you an extra credit by way of a goodwill gesture! :rotfl:Nice thought though!

    Good news is that, if my invoice is to be believed, the flipflops ordered in C10 (including 4/5's and a few extra in both sizes - was sure they'd fly out the door @ £10 ;)) should be with my delivery on Thursday. Time will tell.

  • Could do with a little help please, i have tried talking to avon directly but the call centres helpers are not the greatest as you probably know.

    So i have not done avon for around 6 months now due to some personal reasons. So i have a ton of products undelivered etc. :-( I can't return it the normal way i use to (online) because it does not appear there anymore. How else can i? I have asked them three times now to send me a returns book because i can't find mine and they haven't. So yeh are there any other ways? Or is there no hope?

    Hi SS,

    Can you remember who signed you up? (You should have a copy of the contract you signed originally.) If so, contact that person and ask for their help. Am surprised they didn't contact you anyway and offer.....

    Your returns can be collected free by the delivery driver next time he drops in your area so could even be done via another local rep. Just needs a bit of help.

    Maybe if you posted up the first part of your postcode then someone on here could help if neither of the above options are available to you.

    Contact me off-board if you prefer and I'll see if I can come up with any other suggestions.

    Hi girls!
    My first campagn is finished:£86.99 . Not impresive, but I didn't think I'll get that far and I really didn't put enough effort. I've been busy with my other jobs. I'm still happy though. I'll try better next time :)

    Quick query pls: in both C11 and C12 if you order the Colortrend eyeshadow palettes 18424 Tempting Twilight and/or 4572 Pastel Passion they come up as the other one. Anyone ordered these please yet and does it come right if you order the no. you want or do you need to order the other one?

    (Hope that makes sense)
